17/02/2026: Excellent value for money for this 2-star hotel, which is easily comparable to a 3-star. Large rooms and bathrooms, good breakfast served in a spacious room. It's also located in a quiet area, just a short walk from the center of Forges. I highly recommend it.

The service and welcome were excellent. A starter and main course cost €15.
For the starter, I had a very creamy and flavorful asparagus velouté, and for the main course, cod (from the daily specials board).
It was truly delicious and perfectly seasoned.
I highly recommend this establishment.
17/04/2026: A bit pricey for an overnight stay considering the level of comfort and relative quiet of the city center, but a very good restaurant and a great team.

02/04/2026: A plunge into the golden age of French brasseries, with period furniture and decor. Franco, who served us, is a delightful person, thoughtful, discreet, and attentive. A place with real soul, real humanity. Simple dishes, revisited with finesse, generous and refined; delicious homemade bread! They even cook your rib-eye steaks over the fireplace (and without any smell!). All at a more than reasonable price! A haven of peace and kindness, all too rare! Go and recharge your batteries!

The dishes were as beautiful as they were delicious, featuring fresh ingredients and meticulous presentation. Special mention goes to the perfectly cooked asparagus and the delectable smoked salmon accompaniment. Pleasant service and a warm atmosphere make this a restaurant I highly recommend! 🍽️😊

15/03/2026: A small place but with a great selection of wines. We ordered glasses to try them, and if you're unsure what to order, it's a good place to start, but it's quite expensive. I recommend buying a bottle if you want to share a cake with friends. The service from the young woman was excellent and very attentive; she explained the wines well and gave great advice.
