03/06/2026: Typical of Lyon pizzas, they don't really know how to make them in this city. I asked the person at the next table who started before me what they thought; it was exceptional, amazing. And as always, not at all! The pizzas were okay, nothing special in terms of taste, and really small. And I weigh 65 kg! I left the table hungry. I'm adding a star for the service, which was friendly and quick. Ugh.

10/06/2026: The traditional music from their stereo system was too loud. They don't seem to understand ambience. The food is way too sweet. I am not talking of dessert; I am talking about their appetizers and meals, and they are sweeter than dessert. The pigeon puff is not only sweet but also oily. It gives me the impression that the dishes have been cooked over and over again. Terrible food quality. Service is alright, nothing super-ordinary. We won't return. May be we are not used to eating super sweet food.

18/03/2026: We arrived before the evening rush, around 6:45 pm, and yet the overall condition of the establishment was already very poor. The restrooms were particularly unacceptable: overflowing trash can, paper towels strewn across the floor and sink, a wobbly and unstable faucet, and damaged seals. Such a level of neglect inevitably raises questions about hygiene in the kitchen. One can also question the management of the establishment: is there a manager present to supervise and maintain minimum standards? I come once a year, but this experience confirms that even that's too much. In short: high prices for mediocre quality in a dirty environment.

The chicken supreme with morel sauce is simply exquisite. The cooking is tender and precise, enhanced by a smooth and fragrant sauce that lends a real elegance to the dish. As for dessert, it's absolutely essential: the combination of pistachio with vanilla ice cream is incredibly delicate, indulgent without being cloying, with a touch of freshness that perfectly concludes the meal. This is an address that truly deserves to be discovered for the quality of its cuisine, the care taken with the presentation, and the overall dining experience it offers.

23/04/2026: We'd walked past this restaurant a while ago, but it was fully booked, so we came back...and we're so glad we did! The meat was excellent, and the atmosphere was pleasant (note that renovations are planned soon, so it will be even better).

29/10/2025: Two nights in a room with half-board. Everything was perfect. The evening meal was comforting after a good hike. Breakfast was homemade and everything was delicious. The staff were very welcoming. I highly recommend this farm inn, whether for a simple meal or an overnight stay.
