01/06/2026: A good restaurant on Victor Hugo street, serving good beef fillet and duck breast. And an excellent white wine with great value for money - the Authenticus (Plou et Fils).

05/05/2026: Excellent bistro if you like a "very noisy bistro" atmosphere! The restaurant wasn't full inside on Saturday at lunchtime, and we couldn't hear ourselves speak. We were so eager to leave that we had to go eat dessert elsewhere. The food is very good. The prices are a bit touristy (it's on Place Wilson): half a duck breast is €31, for example. Imagine the price of a whole one! You'd be better off going to J'Go across from the Victor Hugo market (same owner, if we're not mistaken). In short, if you find yourself having a quiet lunch and have nothing to talk about, go for it! We'll be back when they install acoustic panels on the ceiling!!

03/05/2026: The food was very good, the welcome and service were friendly, but it was extremely noisy; impossible to hear each other, it was exhausting and ruined the experience.

16/05/2026: We received a very warm welcome upon arrival at the restaurant, in a pleasant and elegant setting. Despite our dietary restrictions, we opted for the chef's five-course tasting menu, which he adapted admirably, right down to the bread. Everything was delicious and flawless. The wine pairings, to my great delight as an Italian wine enthusiast, were of high quality and carefully selected. From the Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi for the starter, to the Alberaia from Pietro Caciorgna and the renowned Barolo from Pio Cesare for the main courses, and a lovely aged Vin Santo di Chianti for dessert, everything was perfect. We had a wonderful time, and we thank Oscar and all the staff, who were exceptional and impressed us with their excellent service, professionalism, and kindness.

09/05/2026: The restaurant boasts an original location on the first floor of the Armani boutique in Saint-Germain-des-Prés, with a beautiful, minimalist, and elegant dining room in the designer's signature style: shades of beige, banquettes, lacquered walls, and soft lighting. However, it's merely a showcase: the dishes are bland, the ingredients are simply applied and understated, the sauces are heavy and cloying. It's sadly unoriginal and overpriced for what's on the plate. Focus on the clothing: that's your expertise, and you excel at it!

14/06/2026: The service was very good. However, the pasta selection was terrible. My husband got sick after our visit. It's an Italian restaurant, but the pasta isn't homemade and the Bolognese sauce is extremely acidic.

10/05/2026: This was our first time having a meal there with friends, so everyone was delighted. The setting is lovely. I think it's a good idea to book ahead because the food is truly excellent. You can tell they use fresh, high-quality ingredients—a really great find! We'll definitely be back. Thank you!

17/05/2026: Avoid this restaurant on Sundays: exorbitant prices and a long wait. They're definitely understaffed. We'll have to wait and see about the quality of the food... Very disappointed with the quality of the food.

23/11/2025: I've never eaten such disgusting pasta in Sicily. "Al ragù" pasta with no meat, no sauce, just the cooking water, perfect for mixing, charged at €19. Truffle pasta, overcooked but perfectly crisp, €23! Small portion, different depending on the customer. Avoid at all costs!!!

15/11/2025: A must-try in Uzès 🫶. Everything is excellent, the dishes are beautiful and delicious, and the welcome is warm. We tried the Sicilian fondue, and we loved it!! I highly recommend it.

07/04/2026: We had a wonderful family meal from start to finish. It had been a long time since I'd enjoyed a meal so much: delicious, perfectly executed dishes with real attention to detail—kudos to the whole team! The service was impeccable, warm, and attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable, especially with children. As for the restaurant itself, it has been completely transformed: the space is magnificent, tastefully combining modern style with a welcoming atmosphere. We wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant and will gladly return!

23/05/2026: We made a reservation and were seated on the terrace. After waiting 25 minutes and watching the tables around us receive bread and drinks, the waiter still had not even greeted us. The place was expensive and we were willing to spend, but I guess maybe he didn’t think we looked the part. We got up and left. Do not waste your time here.

17/05/2026: Excellent food and top-notch waitresses. We were a group of about thirty people over three days. The chef went above and beyond to offer a wide variety of delicious dishes. The waitresses were very efficient and pleasant. The decor is simple yet charming. We highly recommend it.

02/04/2026: Conveniently located on Boulevard Jean Jaurès, Café Pantel is something of an institution. Always lively, it's a popular spot for people to gather around a beer or a coffee, chatting about football or bullfighting. The food is simple and good. Friendly service.
