22/03/2026: When you're with friends, you quickly forget about the restaurant service, because the relaxed atmosphere makes you think about other things. Restaurant owners know this well. The menu is quite good in terms of choice. But there were some oversights. No carafe of water, which should be provided automatically (even if we didn't have children, it's mandatory in France). Likewise, no bread basket. I had to ask three times for a drink (my neighbor to the left) that was supposed to accompany a dish (the drink I ordered arrived almost at the end of the meal) 😕. My dish didn't arrive at the same time as everyone else's (this isn't a big deal), but more importantly, it was cold inside (we know the process of reheating a cold dish in the microwave, as we sometimes do at home 😉). The waiter was good, and thankfully, that made up for these minor inconveniences. We were poorly seated in the dining room, right next to the entrance. Despite the airlock, I had to close the door twice because the cold air was coming in. There was a rather large (old) cobweb on the ceiling in the restroom. We would still come back, and certainly, because you can only improve by asking for customer feedback to be more attentive next time. Even in restaurants with only four seats, there are hiccups. Pizza del Arte lives up to its status as a second-category restaurant. Well done, because it's a great alternative for non-gastronomic meals. That's what we came for. Great team in Chambourcy.

01/05/2026: I do not recommend this restaurant, which does not comply with French smoking laws. I asked the staff to warn another customer who refused to put out his cigarette during my lunch and who bothered me with a cigar. I finally left the restaurant without eating and decided to file a complaint with the relevant authorities. A hygiene inspection may take place soon. I have been going to this restaurant for 10 years. Today was the last time. I will never set foot in there again.

A half-hour wait even though we were the only ones in the restaurant (and even then, we were only served because my husband went to ask what was going on!), cold hamburgers, requests ignored (including an ingredient that was still there even though we asked for it to be removed due to an allergy!), and to top it all off: gunk floating in our Oasis drink 🤮 Never again!!!

02/05/2026: We came for lunch today, it wasn't too crowded, however, there were no more trays available at the kiosks, I went to get about ten more myself from the counter to refill the kiosks, our order was validated at 12:34, the trays were brought to us 45 minutes later!!! Some of the sandwiches were cold, and what's more, my son's hamburger was missing, which he'd already been waiting for for 45 minutes (make a 4-year-old wait 45 minutes for food...). So I went to the counter to get it, and there I waited another 20 minutes. The entire staff ignored the numerous dissatisfied customers at the counter, all with shifty eyes, not a single hello, nothing. They could see we were waiting to be served, but no one reacted until a woman called out to them. Not a single apology, not a single gesture of goodwill. The staff seemed completely overwhelmed and incredibly lethargic today. I can understand that it's not an easy job, but this was truly unprecedented. I was on the verge of losing my temper, but actually, I felt sorry for them. The service was truly catastrophic, between the wait, the missing items, and the delivered meals. Cold... I'm not sure I'll be back anytime soon.

04/03/2026: We came for three days, and everything was great. The rooms were large and spacious, and the cleaning was impeccable. 😉 For those who love a big-screen TV and appreciate clear sound, the rooms are very soundproof. We were on the street side and didn't hear a thing. The owners were friendly and welcoming. We often travel to the area and will definitely be back. We highly recommend this hotel.

29/04/2026: During a two-day training course at Mobipolis, I had the opportunity to have lunch at this restaurant, which truly deserves more than five stars. The food is absolutely delicious from start to finish. The atmosphere is excellent and not too noisy for such a popular restaurant. Not to mention the waitresses, who are lovely, always smiling, and readily available to assist with any request, all with beautiful smiles. If you're looking for a good restaurant in Carquefou, look no further, you've found it. Remember to book in advance, as they are unfortunately very popular.
