21/02/2026: We booked for 10 people for a hen party. The manager, lovely and welcoming, perfectly adapted the menu (in advance, at the time of booking) to our preferences, while also featuring local products. Everything was very well executed, the presentation was impeccable, and above all, it was delicious. A must-try.

30/10/2025: The location is extraordinary for those who love the great outdoors and tranquility. Upon our arrival, the owner came to the parking lot, took our luggage, and showed us to our room. I haven't experienced such a warm welcome in a long time; such consideration for guests is rare these days. Our room was spacious, very clean, with excellent bedding; outside noise was perfectly filtered. The meals we had on-site (dinners and breakfasts) were excellent, featuring delicious local products, and the service was quick and very friendly. The atmosphere is welcoming and family-run; you immediately feel at ease, and Mr. Bertrand Viguier, through his hospitality, truly pays homage to his region. Furthermore, the value for money is unbeatable, so if you're visiting the Aubrac region, stop in Campouriez; you won't be disappointed.

22/05/2026: The sandwich was of very poor quality. As a loyal Subway customer, I was disappointed and surprised by the order I placed through a delivery platform. Upon receiving the order, the sandwiches were empty, the bread was stale, and half the ingredients were missing (even the extra ones). I do not recommend this Subway restaurant—the value for money is terrible, and the taste is disappointing. You'll find better sandwiches elsewhere.

26/05/2026: A truly beautiful estate; the several kilometers of private road leading to it are surprising. The guided tour of the cellars was very interesting and informative thanks to an excellent guide. The tasting was very good and comprehensive. The meal at the bistro was excellent (there were 11 of us and no one had a single complaint about their meal!). Afterwards, we strolled through the park to admire, marvel at, laugh at, ponder, and ponder the numerous works of art. In total, almost 5 hours of very enjoyable time for around sixty euros – no regrets whatsoever.

15/05/2026: A wonderful discovery! We stopped by chance while passing through the region. We received a very warm welcome, the dishes were generous and delicious, and the restaurant was clean and bright. The prices were reasonable. I highly recommend it.

16/05/2026: The tacos were very dry, and there was no cheese sauce on a Saturday at 7:30 pm – unacceptable considering it's the basic ingredient of a taco. The kebabs, however, were good.
