22/06/2026: A wonderful discovery at Istane Pizza, located at 30 rue Docteur Calmette in Grenoble. This pizzeria offers a wide selection of takeaway pizzas, both with tomato sauce and crème fraîche. The dough is excellent, well-made, and homemade, which makes all the difference, and the toppings are generous. I also want to highlight the originality of some of their signature creations, such as the Alla Burrata, Ave César, and Nathalie pizzas. This time, I decided to venture off the beaten path by trying the Georgian specialties offered by the owner and chef, who is originally from Georgia. I tasted the Adjarouli and the Koubdari, and I can assure you they were a real treat. I absolutely don't regret my decision not to order a classic pizza in order to discover these typical specialties. For cheese lovers, the Adjarouli is a must-try. For meat lovers, the Koubdari is simply excellent. I highly recommend trying these Georgian specialties, as they are unique to Grenoble. Furthermore, Georgian restaurants are still relatively rare in France, making this discovery all the more interesting. A very warm welcome. An excellent Georgian wine list, with wines available for delivery throughout France. An address not to be missed!

03/10/2026: A pleasure that never fails to renew each visit to Le Living. Refined cuisine, perfectly cooked, bold flavors, and impeccable seasoning. You can tell that every dish is carefully crafted and that there's a genuine effort to combine flavors. If you enjoy Asian-inspired dishes, go for it! If you prefer more "classic" fare, go for it too, because that's what this restaurant is all about, and it's rare to find a place that can satisfy everyone's tastes. As for everything else... the welcome, the atmosphere, the dining room, the terrace: everything is perfect. We've tried many restaurants! But Le Living remains my favorite in Brive, and even in the Corrèze region, so go in, you won't be disappointed!

04/08/2026: A very pleasant establishment. It retains the warm welcome and atmosphere of yesteryear. The owner is a true professional who recognizes his customers and is always very pleasant and attentive. The food is excellent and the prices are more than reasonable, even in peak season when the international clientele is in full swing. It's also always a pleasure to enjoy a generous and delicious ice cream. Even when the terrace is full, the owner will find you a table. We remember it and we'll be back.

19/06/2026: We were away for the weekend and couldn't find a restaurant that suited our tastes. Passing by this fish shop, we decided to give it a try, and what a great find! There was so much choice we were overwhelmed. We ended up putting together our own selection based on our preferences, and everything was absolutely delicious. The crab was a real treat. Thank you to the person who gave us such a warm welcome. Well done to the whole team!

10/08/2026: A vegan customer's rant. I stopped by around 8:10 pm on Monday, August 10th. My train at Gare de Lyon was delayed. Tired and hungry, I went to get a vegan sandwich. I saw the vegan galette on display and was interested. I wanted to make a completely plant-based sandwich. I loudly stated that I wanted the whole wheat bread, explaining that I was sure it was free of animal products (no eggs, no milk, no honey). The employee told me directly, in a rude manner, that it wasn't vegan and repeatedly stated that it contained egg. I asked about the wraps, and he said the same thing. I then asked to see the allergen information. The employee refused to show it to me and therefore refused to serve me, repeatedly stating that nothing was vegan. What angered me immensely was this blatant lack of respect and the refusal to serve me. I wasn't even allowed to order, even though I came here to eat. Your employee refused to serve me, apparently because I'm vegan. I find this unacceptable. I came to eat and I left to catch my train without eating, simply because they refused to serve me! I insist, the employee didn't even let me place my order. I demand an explanation!

08/08/2026: A wonderful discovery in Alsace! We had lunch at this restaurant today and had a fantastic time. The cuisine is simple, authentic, and truly delicious, yet the dishes are beautifully presented and worthy of a Michelin-starred restaurant. A real feast for the eyes even before you start eating! The manager is lovely, always smiling, and very welcoming. She took excellent care of us throughout the meal, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The place is warm and inviting, decorated with great taste and attention to detail, all in a beautiful Alsatian style that gives the place a lot of charm. A place where you feel comfortable, where the food is excellent, and which we recommend without hesitation.
