09/08/2026: A perfect stay where everything is just right: If you're looking for a relaxing, peaceful place with excellent, generous portions of fresh, locally sourced food and a warm, friendly, and welcoming atmosphere, come to Notre Dame de Bonne Fontaine! We had an excellent experience. The entire establishment was spotless. The food was excellent, with very generous portions... We especially appreciated the unlimited fries and spaetzle in addition to the vegetables included with our main course. Spa, hammam, and swimming pool are available. Beautiful hikes are possible on foot or by bicycle. These little complimentary services are so appreciated and rarely found in hotels: unlimited fresh water at the bar for refilling our water bottles, unlimited fries and spaetzle, a shared refrigerator, microwave, and self-service coffee maker and kettle during the bar's closing hours at night, a 24-hour swimming pool, and the use of a garage for our bicycles... But above all, we must highlight the kindness, professionalism, helpfulness, and humor of the managers who go out of their way to make their guests feel welcome! Congratulations to the whole team, we'll be back without hesitation!

07/08/2026: Excellent restaurant in La Garenne-Colombe! The dishes are excellent, generous, and full of flavor. Wide selection of à la carte dishes as well as several set menus. Excellent welcome and service. I highly recommend it!

06/08/2026: We had dinner there as a couple during the week. While the manager and waitress were very friendly, the food didn't live up to the prices. It tasted like pre-made Asian dishes from a chain store, not homemade at all. I didn't finish my meal, and neither did my wife, which is extremely rare for me. And even if it were homemade (which I highly doubt), I'm sorry to say it was rather bland, either too dry or too greasy. I'm giving it two stars because, although the ambiance and service were good, what you come for is primarily the food.

13/09/2026: Here we are the day after our wedding… What can I say… I have no words to express what my husband and I experienced!! Something magical, exceptional, it was magnificent!! Luis is so kind and caring, I've rarely seen anyone like him. Thank you for taking the time to reassure us and advise us!! The timing was perfect! The meal was exceptional from beginning to end. A huge thank you to our DJ, Matthieu, who masterfully led the evening! The staff is wonderful. I challenge you to find a single negative point, because I guarantee there isn't one! One thing is for sure: if we were to get married 100 times, it would be in a row!!! 🥰 A thousand thanks for transforming our wedding into a waking dream! 28/06/2026: Located on the main road. Parking spaces, including for larger motorhomes, are available directly behind the building in a small area. Excellent value for money at lunchtime. Outdoor seating is available in the small parking area during the summer.

27/07/2026: Nice little restaurant, daily specials and a limited menu. Most dishes are homemade. The service isn't very fast, but the welcome is very warm and the waitstaff is excellent. Near the Michelin-starred Carmes site.

A huge thank you for this authentic regional cuisine, which is becoming so rare, and for the excellent value for money.

19/08/2026: Overall, a good experience at this Michelin-starred restaurant in Mulhouse. The building is quite attractive, overlooking a small courtyard, where, however, the entire waitstaff was smoking in full view of all the arriving customers. Normally, that's not ideal, but in a Michelin-starred establishment, it's unacceptable. Inside, the decor is beautiful and warm, with a calm atmosphere and well-set tables. The staff was charming from beginning to end, but there were many mistakes during service, including dishes being served that hadn't been ordered. The waitstaff is primarily young and should therefore be assisted by a chef, who was apparently absent (though these young people are, at least, charming!). As for the food, we ordered two Cortile menus at €128 each. Everything was excellent; the fish was melt-in-your-mouth tender and cooked to perfection, as was the meat, which was remarkably tender. The tagliatelle with lobster and morels was quite stingy, neither with lobster nor morels. The dessert, while nicely presented, was very simple (the oranges weren't candied enough, in our opinion, as the overall impression was very bitter, and this bitterness lingered on the palate for quite some time). At €128 for a six-course menu, the price is quite reasonable, especially considering the quality of the meat and fish. The wines are good and affordable. Nevertheless, there are several areas for improvement; I'm not sure the star rating is truly representative. The atmosphere was also rather oppressive after leaving the restaurant in the evening, with some rather aggressive young people in the square.

17/08/2026: Terrible welcome. There were free tables under the covered terrace, but we were made to wait outside in the rain and even had to go outside when we wanted to wait inside. It was also impossible to use the toilets without being seated at a table… I still don't understand: was I supposed to pee outside? :))

13/08/2026: Restaurant with good service and an Alsatian menu, so perfect for a lunchtime meal.

23/09/2026: A great surprise, the menu is also in Spanish, which is unusual in Alsace. We ordered several meat dishes, all delicious (pork tenderloin, pork cheeks, veal in green sauce).

22/09/2026: On this 15th of September, a clear late summer day, we cycled to Bergheim. The village lay before us, quiet and well-kept, a little sleepy, with that Alsatian meticulousness evident in the houses and alleyways. Around midday, we arrived at La Mosaïque, whose large terrace is situated directly on the spacious village square. We were lucky and snagged what was probably the last table in the shade. A cool drink and a light snack – that was all we needed for this sunny afternoon. The service was friendly, but clearly busy, as the terrace was packed. Nevertheless, the menu, drinks, and later the dishes arrived without any noticeable wait. Everything was handled smoothly and attentively. The view of the row of houses around the square was particularly lovely: warm colors, old facades, and much of what makes Bergheim so charming. We sat there, took our time, and enjoyed the break. The food was tasty and simple, just right for a lunch stop during a bike tour. Add to that the sun, the shade, the sounds of conversation from the square, and the aromas wafting from the kitchen. The visit to La Mosaïque was a pleasant and memorable break. Nothing special was needed – the location, the food, and the relaxed atmosphere were simply perfect for this day in Bergheim.

29/04/2026: We (a family with two older teenagers) had a delicious and extensive lunch here. We tried Kir here for the first time in two different flavors, which was a great success. As a nice surprise, we also received two local drinks on the house to try. Everything tasted absolutely delicious! Additionally, we would like to thank the staff very much for their genuine courtesy and warm hospitality; the excellent service completed our experience perfectly. Moreover, the price for such a beautiful, secluded location was exactly as expected. Highly recommended!
