20/05/2026: The shop is lovely. However, we needed some information about wine, so we went to see a sales assistant who was tidying up. We seemed to be bothering her, and she made us wait for a while. I'm happy to wait a little, but waiting a long time and feeling like we're inconveniencing her is not something I appreciate.

12/05/2026: My colleague and I waited over 35 minutes for our meal (after several complaints because they'd forgotten our order), and we finally received a lukewarm meal (my burger was even cold). I complained at the end of my meal and was given a "wonderful" booklet of vouchers for future McDonald's visits, of course! I don't blame the server, who seemed completely lost (he was going back and forth with customers, bringing trays down from the top floor, etc.), but the problem seems to stem from unacceptable management, especially considering the prices we pay.

06/05/2026: We ordered and waited 20 minutes, and it arrived cold. I don't think that's normal. It was 1:20 PM, and they didn't even offer any compensation. It's a disgrace.

22/03/2026: Good evening. Having stayed for two nights in March 2026, I found the hotel truly exceptional: the welcome, the room, the jacuzzi. Thomas is accommodating and attentive (and the pizza is very good (thank you Thomas, you'll know who I am)). The après-ski was top-notch, thank you for everything.

09/02/2026: I had an Aroma pizza last Sunday evening. It was a great find: - the dough is excellent: homemade sourdough that has risen for 3 days - the toppings are generous, varied, and made with fresh ingredients - the owner is friendly - the atmosphere is relaxed - the pizzeria is open on Sunday evenings and is near the North Hospital in Grenoble. I thank the owner for this pleasant and delicious experience and I highly recommend Aroma Pizza.

Mussels were ok but very small, worst fritto misto in my life (only two shrimps, some unidentifiable fish and too much much of sardines), and an insult for every Italian seeing the kids menu with chicken and spaghetti without sauce as a course.

15/05/2026: We had terrible diarrhea after our visit on Thursday, May 14th… Ham à la filet with fries, and my husband had steak tartare with fries. Blue cheese sauce with spaghetti… The kids had minced steak, no problem. We won't be back.

09/06/2026: I can only judge the pizzas. They're good, very good, not the best I've ever had (it's going to be hard to reach that level, lol), but very good. I sensed a slight awkwardness upon arrival, like they were bothering me, but maybe it was just me since we were getting takeout. I can't really judge the entire service. We'll be back. Perfection doesn't exist, but there was no hostility, and the flavor was there, even though the welcome was a bit cool. Perhaps that's the restaurant's intention, and I respect that, even though I prefer a very warm welcome, even if it's a little awkward. Let loose! We're not going to eat you; we're here for pizza.
