The waitress is very friendly and communicative, a true bartender, the kind you rarely find. The owner is approachable and very kind! I highly recommend it.

I can't even begin to describe how the staff at this lovely establishment didn't hesitate for a second to help me and give me all the information I needed. A truly welcoming and helpful business, the kind you wish you could find in every French village.

19/09/2026: I had dinner there with my partner. The staff were friendly and gave us good recommendations. The service was quick. The local beer was excellent. We each ordered a portion of the Brasero (grilled ribeye steak, homemade fries, and chef's sauce). The bill came to €20 per portion. What we received: a piece of ribeye steak, a small portion of fries with mustard and mayonnaise from a packet, and several slices of bread. The meat wasn't bad, but it was underseasoned. The plate was completely bare (not even a lettuce leaf). The bread also raised questions about the presentation: it was dry and had no homemade sauce to accompany it. You don't really need bread to enjoy the chef's sauce. Overall, I wasn't satisfied with the meal, and I left still hungry. Verdict: For €20, it was disappointing. I recommend this establishment for its bar, drinks, and atmosphere, but not for its food.

17/09/2026: Dinner before catching my train to Paris. Friendly and attentive welcome. Delicious grilled steak (ribeye). Marbled meat. Excellent cooking. Efficient service! €20 Pure bliss.

06/09/2026: Unfriendly and unpleasant waiters forced me to order a disgusting, sugary iced coffee when I only wanted one ice cube. Horrible experience! They only exchanged small coins and €5 bills. Don't go there!

05/09/2026: The broth wasn't very impressive, the noodles were very good, the meat was bland, the eggs were overcooked, the staff was friendly but they don't let you sit where you want, only where they want you to, which is annoying because I'm paying for the service and I have the right to sit wherever I want, and nobody else even came to that seat, it makes no sense. I went with high expectations but it definitely wasn't worth it except for looking at the anime figures.

15/09/2026: A total success! The food is plentiful, very good quality, the service is attentive, the place is clean and has a great atmosphere, and there's ample parking. There's even a Chilean cook who explained the dishes to us in Spanish. For an extra charge, they offer more elaborate main courses with plenty of meat. The €18 menu includes an all-you-can-eat salad and appetizer buffet, a main course, an all-you-can-eat dessert buffet, wine, water, and bread. Highly recommended.

19/09/2026: A fantastic evening at Occulto! My team and I came with about fifty people and received a very warm welcome. The staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout the evening. Special mention goes to the charcuterie and cheese boards: delicious, generous, and high-quality. All at very reasonable prices, which is especially appreciated for a group of this size. A great place to spend quality time with colleagues or friends. We had a wonderful evening and will definitely be back!
