The manager, Malek, was extremely kind, warm, and welcoming, leading to a top-notch team that listened to the customer and their well-being. We had a wonderful evening. Thank you and best of luck! 25/09/2026: I had lunch today at the Grains de Sel restaurant. I'd wanted to go there for a long time. And I can already say that I'll be back. The setting is understated, elegant, and intimate. The cuisine is refined and beautifully presented. Everything was perfect, from the speed of service to the quality of the dishes. The value for money is simply exceptional. A wonderful place right in the heart of Haguenau. A sure bet that I highly recommend.

05/08/2026: Everything was excellent, from the main course to the dessert, as well as a very good wine recommended by the staff. Special mention also goes to the friendliness of the waitresses and the chef's friendly greeting. My family and I had a wonderful time and will definitely return. I recommend this establishment 100%.

18/08/2026: I've been eating and ordering here for years and honestly, it's always top-notch! From the food to the service, it's always smooth and delicious. I highly recommend it.

05/08/2026: Very disappointed with my visit. I ordered a kebab for €9, and honestly, it was inedible. The meat was extremely salty and far too greasy; it was nothing like the taste of a real kebab from a specialty snack bar. I threw half of it away. It tasted like frozen meat from a bag, just reheated. I sincerely think they should take it off the menu. The service and wait time were acceptable for a snack bar, which is decent. Also worth noting: the tortilla bread was good, and they were generously portioned. The fries were okay too, although a bit overcooked/brown. As for the Biggy sauce, it didn't really taste like the usual Biggy sauce. In the end, I don't recommend this establishment, at least not for the kebab.

19/07/2026: I order from them regularly and I'm never disappointed! The staff are always very kind and welcoming. Online orders are always ready on time, which is much appreciated. The portions are generous, the products are fresh, and it's really delicious. I highly recommend them!

04/05/2026: We came straight to L'ecaillerie for lunch when we got off the plane to Marsielle and what a fantastic way to start our trip in the city! We had some fantastic house white wine which accompanied the tastiest seafood. We got the oysters and the prawn tartare and the fries to share. The prawn tartare with the prawn head oil was my favourite and my little tip would be to save the bread to mop up the sauce... incredible!! I also love when youre sat outside you can see everything picking their fruit and vegetables at the green grocers next door- so cute! Thank you so much for such a fabulous start to our trip and the tastiest food and great service!

03/10/2026: We were there during Oceanman and it's the best place for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or just a drink. The friendliness is incredible!!! Every time we eat somewhere, we compare it to Maximo Café. We hope to return very soon!!!

The food was delicious; I highly recommend it if you enjoy Italian cuisine. The lasagna was perfect! And the burger too. I should add that the portions were very generous; we had a very satisfying meal. Thank you for a lovely evening.

27/04/2026: Very good value for money for this hotel, located in a very quiet industrial area. The hotel is clean, the room isn't very large but it's comfortable, and the bathroom is clean and functional. Breakfast is standard. The parking lot is closed after 11 pm, and there are charging stations available, as well as high-power charging stations nearby.

29/09/2026: I'm disappointed because this is the second time I've gone to this bakery and they've sold me baker's yeast that's too old: - The first time: I ruined the dish I wanted to make. The second time, I decided to give them a chance, thinking maybe it just wasn't their day, and as a result, they sold me yeast that was too old again. I ended up walking 45 minutes round trip to find suitable yeast. BUT NOW MY RECIPE WON'T BE READY FOR MY HUSBAND'S RETURN FROM A LONG TRIP. THANKS, DUDOT! I should mention that I've never had this problem with yeast from other bakeries.

25/09/2026: I stopped by this morning and tried the croissant and the chocolate croissant. The best I've had in years. You do your profession proud!

18/09/2026: My girlfriend and I ordered one Zen 2 meal, white rice, and two chicken yakitori skewers with homemade sauce. They arrived at the perfect temperature and in just the right amount! Because delivery can be complicated, we had to wait a while, and to apologize for the wait, Buddha of Jade kindly offered us shrimp chips (which I particularly love!). I hope to have the opportunity to go there again so I can enjoy it even more. Thank you!

Impeccable and friendly service. We had a wonderful time as a family. Plus, the location is magical, nestled between the Roman Theatre and Fourvière. We will definitely return.
