06/05/2026: The food was excellent. BUT, we booked by phone, specifying that it was a gift (from our children). I asked if I should include the reference number on the booking confirmation, and was told no. On the day of our reservation, Mr. Sevin greeted us in a very unfriendly manner, telling us we could have mentioned it was a gift certificate… Very disappointed. Helpful

03/05/2026: Excellent welcome, a menu that changes with the seasons, and a wide selection in the wine cellar. From appetizer to dessert, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves; Guilhem offered excellent recommendations. We loved the fish from the coast and the lamb, as well as the desserts. The olive and lemon condiment that accompanies the cheeses pairs beautifully with the Loire Valley goat cheese. The setting is magnificent, and the food and service more than deserve a Michelin star. Thank you for your warm welcome and excellent cuisine.

26/04/2026: The pizza was absolutely delicious with a great crispy crust. I'm surprised it was empty; the place was clean and welcoming. The cook, whom I believe is the owner, was dressed very professionally, so I imagine the food must be just as well-groomed. A great neighborhood restaurant; I highly recommend it.

22/02/2026: The restaurant doesn't look like much, but the pizzas and pastas are very good. The staff is friendly. Admittedly, the decor is minimalist. But it's the kind of simple, efficient restaurant with reasonable prices. Nothing fancy or original, just good food. Great for lunch or a family meal that will please most people.

27/04/2026: Very disappointed. The baked potatoes were bad, the kidneys were served with dry mashed potatoes and fries without a single lettuce leaf – not pleasant at all. The mojito had two or three mint leaves, a slice of lime, and that was it.

30/04/2026: Hotel to avoid. The overall atmosphere is very peculiar: the bar is often noisy and unpleasant, like an Alcoholics Anonymous meeting, and the lounge/restaurant area resembles a nursing home 😂 mostly occupied by very elderly clientele, creating an unwelcoming atmosphere. Following feedback I gave to the manager regarding the state of the establishment, she reacted inappropriately by contacting my company with unfounded accusations, claiming that I had damaged the room. Fortunately, these claims were not taken seriously, especially since a room inspection had been carried out before my departure. I deplore a lack of professionalism and an inability to accept criticism. Hygiene also leaves much to be desired: there was a dog in the restaurant, even roaming in the kitchen, which is unacceptable. In short, a very disappointing experience. I do not recommend this establishment, particularly for reasons of hygiene and management.

20/04/2026: A bit pricey for a hiking lodge, but great rooms, and the evening meal was amazing. The packed lunch was also very good.

26/04/2026: The manager is very welcoming and accommodating. We had asked him to serve us quickly because we were going to see a show at the Zenith and he served us in 10 minutes.

25/11/2025: The connection was incredibly noisy; you could barely hear yourself speak, which was very unpleasant! The food wasn't anything special either. I wouldn't recommend it if you're looking for a peaceful and relaxing experience.

16/05/2026: I highly recommend this restaurant; it's a beautiful place with a very warm welcome. The homemade cuisine, including pizza, cuttlefish stew, and Alpilles salad, offers flavors that delight the palate. You just need to be curious and venture off the beaten path.

13/06/2026: Second Time there to confirm my initial feeling: Food is good but way overpriced. Several restaurants in Paris are as good and much cheaper.

11/06/2026: Proper Japanese food in a lovely space, with a large Japanese clientele. We loved everything we ordered - soba, miso cod, Scottish salmon nigiri, pickles... and the desserts should not be missed! Very cute outside space too.

13/06/2026: Beautiful setting with a stunning sea view. Excellent service, delicious cuisine, a generous portion of risotto with 5 scallops. Highly recommended.

05/06/2026: A very pleasant welcome in a warm atmosphere in the heart of Carantec. Scallops are highly recommended: a real treat! The crêpes and galettes are generously filled and crispy.
