25/04/2026: We just had dinner. They had the nerve to charge us twice for tap water that was supposedly filtered... sophisticated dishes but not necessarily good.

As a result, he charged us an extra €2 without us even noticing! Especially since he added sarcastically: "Look, I don't want to rip you off!" I won't be going back.

28/02/2026: I was supposed to be celebrating something that day. I went there with my friend at noon. The staff didn't speak a word of French... None of what we wanted was on the menu. No salmon, no langoustines, no fish at all. Beforehand, I had checked my own menu: the prices didn't match what was displayed in the restaurant. For example, they ordered four gratinated oysters, but there they only served three. We had to ask for one more. The mussels were frozen and barely edible. They were also so small we wondered where we'd get them. Again, the waiter lied, saying before we ordered that they would be enormous! My friend ordered a scallop carpaccio. There was one scallop, so small I thought it was just a garnish. To make up for it, they offered me a glass of wine (but not my friend). However, the bill was ENORMOUS. Over €165... And to think I'd been before and the first visit was great.

11/09/2026: Tables always dirty, no one to clean this McDonald's, the manager is not welcoming at all, there's a mistake with our order and she tells us to check the app even though it resets the next day, she doesn't really know her job, it took over 20 minutes to get half our order and of course it was cold, every time we come we're disappointed, it's just that they serve even after 10 pm...

16/06/2026: I came after hearing so much about the trompe-l'œil pastries. I wanted to try the hazelnut one, but unfortunately, I was very disappointed; they don't make it anymore. So, I took the advice of the very friendly saleswoman and chose the mango. I admit it was well-made and a good pastry. But the price… €7, and it's really a small portion! While the pistachio and peanut pastries were bigger and the others a bit cheaper, the mango was truly tiny for the price. I noticed that all the pastries in the bakery are quite expensive considering their size. I don't want to downplay the pastry chefs' work, but I don't think the quality-price ratio is really reasonable. Perhaps I'll change my mind about the hazelnut one someday when it's back in stock. I still want to commend the shopkeeper for her kindness and helpful advice.

03/09/2026: Excellent little brasserie, with great set menus at very affordable prices. The staff are always available and friendly. The chef's cuisine is excellent. Very good and generous portions.

09/09/2026: This restaurant is simply AMAZING! Located on a street corner with a lovely view of Saint Andrew's Cathedral, this spot offers the perfect opportunity for contemplation and observing the hustle and bustle of Bordeaux. The food was a real treat! The calamari was so good it made my sister blush, cooked to perfection. The service was impeccable and incredibly kind. The owner is a huge fan of The Cure and has a vast musical knowledge. It's a place where Paul Auster would have loved to enjoy a coffee on the terrace. Thank you and congratulations to the whole team!

03/10/2026: A word of advice: ask for a detailed bill before paying the total amount the server tells you. There was a €6 error in our favor, and the price of the wine glasses didn't seem to match what we ordered. Were they trying to rip us off at the time of payment? It was strange to have to ask for a breakdown of the bill. It's a shame, the swordfish steak was very good. The raspberry tiramisu was rather average.

It's not the first time; a warm welcome from two brothers passionate about their work and eager to share a little bit of their soul. Fresh, regional products, daily specials. A truly enjoyable moment of relaxation that I highly recommend.

21/07/2026: On vacation in the area: Quiet location, Very warm welcome from two brothers passionate about their work. Regarding the pizza, I don't remember ever having such a good one. My husband had the duck breast and it was excellent. As for the dessert, hats off! I'll definitely go back.

12/06/2026: A fantastic find, a far cry from fast-food waffles. The ingredients were excellent, organic, and we thoroughly enjoyed them. The €19.50 deal includes a savory waffle, a sweet waffle, a drink, and a coffee – what more could you ask for! Plus, the owner is really friendly. I highly recommend it, and it's located in a great, quiet neighborhood!

14/04/2026: Ideally located at the intersection of a red and a green run, making it accessible to everyone, with a large terrace and plenty of sun loungers to enjoy the incredible view 🤩 The service was super friendly. The blueberry tart was really delicious and beautifully presented.

12/08/2026: I went with my family for dinner, the food was very tasty with plenty of variety and good prices for the city, the service was excellent, we are Brazilian and the waiter even made some jokes with us, I would have liked to have talked more with him, he seemed like a very nice person.
