08/08/2026: Excellent food! Friendly and welcoming service. The vegetarian couscous is really good and the portions are generous. I gave it 4 stars, but that's only because of the decor; the lamps are a bit dim, which is slightly unpleasant. But otherwise, everything was very good 😊

Le Terminus offers exceptional couscous, with truly homemade cooking: from the carefully prepared semolina to the sauce, including the fresh vegetables selected from the market. The quality of the ingredients and the expertise are clearly evident. The portions are very generous, the flavors are spot on, and you leave the table completely satisfied. A real pleasure to enjoy authentic couscous, prepared with passion. I highly recommend this restaurant for lovers of good traditional cuisine!

22/08/2026: Matcha strawberry oat milk: Good but extremely expensive for the quantity! More expensive than Paris, it's absurd (for that price you can at least get a large glass).

26/08/2026: Excellent pizzas! 🍕 The Margherita was delicious, and the salmon pizza was truly excellent and generous. The dough was very good, and the ingredients were high quality. We thoroughly enjoyed them; I highly recommend them!

16/08/2026: I highly recommend eating at BIG TOM 74! The welcome is very warm, and the food is superb. The pizza I ordered was made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. It was the best Savoyard pizza I've ever had. The place is very clean and spacious. Parking is available on site.

04/10/2026: I'm following up on the review posted just before by Ana, because I was in the restaurant at the exact moment of the scene she describes. And frankly, what I saw is very different from the account given here. I hope the restaurant will report this review, because it presents a completely distorted picture of what actually happened. First of all, contrary to what is written in this review, they did not arrive at the time they indicate. More importantly, there's a crucial detail: we were seated at a table that the staff had given us, specifying from the start that it was reserved and that we would have to vacate it at the scheduled time. We had finished our meal and were just about to leave to make room for them. The restaurant was full, yes, but several tables were finishing up. So there was nothing unusual about no free table being available at the exact moment they arrived. A seat was about to become available very quickly, including ours. The situation completely spiraled out of control with their behavior. I saw two extremely agitated people, very aggressive in their approach to the staff, going in and out several times, leaving the door open, slamming it, insisting heavily... to the point of creating a real sense of unease throughout the entire dining room. And across from them, I saw the complete opposite of what is described in their review: calm, polite, patient, and gentle servers who remained composed from beginning to end. I saw no nonchalance, no contempt, and no lack of professionalism. Quite the contrary. The aforementioned outside table was simply offered to them while they waited a few minutes for a table to become available. Again, portraying this as a sign of contempt is completely inaccurate to the scene I witnessed. I also heard that they were planning to contact TheFork. Since I was there, I'll also take the time to explain to them, in simple terms, what I saw. I should mention that I have no connection whatsoever with this restaurant. It was actually my first time there. And I had a wonderful time! A very warm welcome, a lovely team, attentive service, a friendly atmosphere, and genuine kindness from the staff. I'll gladly come back :) And after seeing how the team handled the situation, with such calm and patience, I really wanted to share my experience here.

13/08/2026: I stopped at this restaurant, and I'm glad I did. I was greeted courteously and wanted to start with a Breton kir, then the homemade tartare (a real treat), accompanied by a Belgian beer, and finally a kouign amann, an excellent dessert.

17/09/2026: A disastrous experience. The dish was completely tasteless (a kind of risotto), lacking salt and flavor, with a few vague bits of leek and a hint of ham, all in insufficient quantity. I thought I'd settle for dessert: a tarte tatin. I didn't find any of the deliciousness one would expect from this type of dessert. The caramel was clearly store-bought and not the kind made from sugar melting in the oven. The pastry was soggy, and the plate was covered in a garish red fruit coulis (I'm trying to figure out what that has to do with a tarte tatin!). Is there even a chef in this kitchen? This restaurant is one to avoid.

30/09/2026: There's a wide variety of restaurants in this passage, and luckily, we chose this one, which became our favorite place to dine during our stay in Paris. What definitely charmed us was the warmth of Bouchra and Sofia, but what truly made it our favorite spot was the food: the duck breast, the seafood risotto, the tarte tatin, and in general, everything we tried was delicious, with that home-cooked feel.

25/09/2026: My boyfriend and I went there for dinner. The service was quick, but there were serious breaches of regulations and hygiene standards. I found a hair in my burger, and the beef patty was practically raw in the middle. I had ordered it rare, but there was a real problem: I was sick a few hours after the meal. The worst part was the complete disregard for hygiene standards: they carried and emptied garbage in the middle of the dining room, just two meters away from us while we were eating, without any garbage bags, leaving the trash exposed. Handling garbage like that in such close proximity to customers is absolutely unacceptable and disgusting. To top it all off, the waiter was watching his Instagram Reels with the volume blasting in the dining room. Just because there are few customers at the end of service doesn't excuse such a lack of hygiene and basic courtesy.

15/09/2026: Not a good coffee. Milk was overheated. The pour was very poorly calibrated, very watery. Need to improve their standards to rank anywhere close to their neighbours.

24/04/2026: We only went to the Auberge restaurant for dinner. Here in Scherwiller, about 20 minutes from Colmar, they offer upscale, sometimes outstanding, country-style cuisine, which means even more in Alsace than in Germany. We treated ourselves to a set menu with accompanying wines, while our daughter had some difficulty finding something suitable on the à la carte menu. Visually, everything was Michelin-star quality (see photos). The amuse-bouche (homemade bread, a creamy soup with garnish) was a fantastic start. The appetizers were homemade foie gras and cured salmon accompanied by a complementary cream that resembled a sorbet. The main course was filet mignon, one with an excellent escalope de foie gras, the other with spaetzle. The only criticism was that the meat might not have been cut against the grain. This didn't detract from the taste, but the texture was noticeably too firm. My daughter chose fish, possibly cod in an excellent saffron mushroom sauce; I can't quite recall the exact type. Hopefully, we'll reap the rewards of this culinary education someday. For dessert, we had a meringue on a berry sauce, and the second one, a sorbet hidden beneath a praline topping, served in a perfectly matched cream. The wine pairing was superb. I'll definitely be buying one or two of them for myself. All in all, thanks in large part to the incredibly friendly service and inviting atmosphere, it was a delightful excursion into the rural Alsatian gourmet scene.
