30/12/2025: We received a very warm welcome at this lovely little wine bar. The service was friendly and very efficient for our large table of eight; we didn't even have time to get thirsty! And we had a delicious meal to boot: excellent oysters, superb truffle ham, and good bread. It was well worth the trip.

13/10/2025: Welcomed with a smile by Arthur, the owner. A beautifully decorated room, expert advice, especially on wine, and cuisine featuring fresh, local produce. A warm, unmissable address in La Couarde, where you'll feel right at home.

04/04/2026: We received a very warm welcome and the staff were very professional. The hotel is very clean, and we appreciated the half-board option with its generous meals and breakfast, which were pleasantly served by both the owner and the waitress.

08/06/2026: The service and location were good. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist. The hotel is conveniently located near Disneyland, making it a great option if you're looking for accommodation close to the park. Unfortunately, there were several disappointing aspects of our stay. For a 4-star hotel, the condition of the rooms was unacceptable. They were not properly cleaned, and when we arrived, the room temperature was set to only 16°C according to the AC controller. Our children were freezing. The breakfast was also disappointing. We paid €22 per person, but the selection was very basic and far below what we would expect from a 4-star hotel. Another major issue was the smell in the room. After spending the day out, we returned to find a strong sewage-like odor. We had to keep the window open for several hours to get rid of the smell. Overall, the stay was okay, mainly because of the good location and friendly staff. However, considering the room condition, breakfast quality, and unpleasant odor, I do not believe this hotel offers the standard or value expected of a 4-star hotel.

28/05/2026: We left your hotel very satisfied. The location of the hotel is very close to Disneyland, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff were friendly, polite, and welcoming. The parking was free, the beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. There is also a bowling alley in the next building, where we had a great time as a family. We were happy with everything and truly enjoyed our stay. We will definitely come back again I would like to briefly share an experience I had with the hotel and how professionally the staff handled the situation. After returning home from my trip, I realized that I could not find my jewelry box. Tired from the journey, I contacted the hotel and mentioned that I was worried it might have been stolen. They responded very quickly and assured me that they would investigate and follow up immediately. A few hours later, I discovered that the jewelry box had not been lost at all — my daughter had placed it next to her toys. I felt very embarrassed and apologized to the staff right away. Please never doubt the hotel’s security. The staff are truly excellent, trustworthy, understanding, and incredibly helpful. I would like to thank them once again for their kindness and professionalism.

22/06/2026: It's incredible, the most delicious tarte flambée I've ever tasted! Great terraces!!! The staff is welcoming and the service is pleasant. Ideal for experiencing authentic Alsace!!

20/06/2026: It's a shame, I'm lowering my rating because, as long-time customers, we were very disappointed on our last visit. You don't come all the way from Strasbourg after a long day at work to have a terrible experience in this restaurant! We ordered coffee at the end of our meal, which never arrived. The waitress brought us the bill, and we pointed it out to her. She said, "Oh, sorry, I'll bring it right back, and it will be on the house, of course." So, at first, we were delighted with this small gesture of goodwill. I went to the counter to pay the dinner bill, and the owner looked at me coldly and said, "I've added the coffee to the bill, by the way. 3 euros." Pathetic, a real letdown... She'd rather make 3 euros and lose loyal customers of years. We won't be back; there are limits.

12/06/2026: I eat there often, and it's always so good. The cuttlefish are huge and delicious, the chef is good, and all the dishes are excellent!

02/05/2026: We came for the pub quiz on a Thursday night. Staff were really helpful and friendly in organising a table for us. Nachos were good size to share between 4 but expensive. The pub questions were good but it was difficult to hear over the noise, even with the microphone so it wasn’t that enjoyable. Outside terrasse would be a better option if you want to talk.

06/04/2026: Easter Monday, it was impossible to find accurate information regarding today's opening hours.

17/02/2026: An hour and a half wait with absolutely no effort on our part, and an unpleasant, completely overwhelmed waiter with only 10 customers to serve. The waiter didn't take our order despite us calling him for 40 minutes, and his only gesture of goodwill was a can of soda, as if we hadn't waited over an hour, refusing any other requests. The pizza was also tiny and completely misshapen. It's hard to imagine a worse experience.

11/02/2026: A very welcoming restaurant, with a generous and delicious pizza. Pleasant service. I recommend it if you're looking for an Italian restaurant.
