The staff is responsive: they quickly responded to my request, helped me charge my phone, and recommended some truly delicious meat. We were left with nothing but pleasant memories.

18/05/2026: Excellent tarte flambée (we only ate tarte flambée – we can't comment on the rest). Very friendly staff, lovely restaurant. Highly recommended! Reservations are a must, otherwise you won't get a table – there are long queues outside waiting for a free spot.

10/03/2026: The owner wasn't very pleasant! We arrived for lunch for a group of six, but two of us were still on the slopes and arrived 10 minutes later! The owner told us that if all six of us weren't there, we couldn't be seated—unacceptable! Especially since we wanted to have an aperitif while we waited! Avoid this restaurant at all costs! RP

Combining authenticity and generosity, here's my experience: 🇮🇹 What We Loved (The Positives) • The Quality of the Products: This is the restaurant's strong point. The ingredients are fresh, carefully sourced, and you can taste it from the first bite. The Italian cured meats and cheeses are remarkably refined. • The Mastery of Pizzas: The dough is light, airy, and perfectly cooked in a wood-fired oven. These are far from mass-produced pizzas; here, tradition is respected. • The Setting: The restaurant has a warm atmosphere and tasteful decor, making it a very pleasant place for a romantic dinner or a meal with friends. 🧊 The downside (The welcome) • The service: This is unfortunately where things fell short. While the meal itself was flawless, the waitress's attitude created a bit of a chill. The welcome was rather distant, even icy, sorely lacking the smile and warmth one expects in an establishment with Mediterranean flavors. At times, you get the feeling you're "bothering" them, which contrasts sharply with the generous portions. 📋 Conclusion Overall rating: 4/5 Donatella is an excellent restaurant for the taste buds. The food is divine, and the value for money is very reasonable for the city. If you're willing to overlook the somewhat austere and rigid service, you'll have a wonderful gastronomic experience. 27/02/2026: Excellent pizzas, equally excellent desserts, and very pleasant and welcoming owners. What more could you ask for? Over the months and years, I remain just as satisfied. I highly recommend it.

14/12/2025: Based on the reviews, we chose this restaurant, but unfortunately, we were very disappointed with both the pizzas and the desserts. The pizza dough was very hard, while the toppings weren't cooked (the cheese wasn't melted). As for the desserts: the panna cotta was too sweet, and the pear and chocolate tart was extremely cold and therefore tasteless. The restaurant itself is cozy, but the staff wasn't very friendly.
