Chez Bonnebouche belongs to this group. Here, everything seems guided by the ingredients. The menu follows the rhythm of the seasons, everything is homemade, and this is evident in every dish. The cooking, especially of the fish, is remarkably precise: delicate, delicate, never showy. You immediately sense the hand of a passionate chef, more concerned with revealing flavors than masking them. And when autumn arrives, it's pure bliss. The slow-cooked dishes become culinary masterpieces: meltingly tender veal cheek, slow-cooked wild boar... Comforting, rich dishes that make you want to mop up every last drop. A sincere restaurant, demanding without being pretentious, where you return with the same pleasure each season. A true gem.

20/09/2026: The Bresola pizza 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 - I can definitely recommend that one at this pizzeria. The parmasan cheese had some great bite - delicious! For beverage I had a good cool IPA . I don't know the brand but it went well with the pizza. I got a well made double espresso at the end. Staff was open and very friendly. I never visited the rest room so I know nothing about that. If you get hungy in Saint-jean-de-luz this is the place for you.

19/09/2026: Excellent restaurant, fast service, the waiters were incredibly kind. I highly recommend it. We had an Italian salad and tagliatelle with prawns. For dessert, we had panna cotta and a red berry coulis.

04/06/2026: The pizzas are good with a wide selection to suit all tastes. I love the chef's pasta with Marsala sauce. The prices are reasonable. Pay them a visit; you won't be disappointed. For several weeks now, the roadworks on the Tourcoing ring road have been underway. It's regrettable that a business like this restaurant is being put in such difficult situations because of these massive construction projects. Parking is a problem, and they're expecting to be stuck in the rubble for three months. No one is helping because, as usual, they're not taking responsibility. They've already managed to kill the city center; the Tourcoing ring road was the last thing they needed. Well done on your efforts.
