27/06/2026: An excellent spot in Haguenau where you can enjoy some refreshing coolness, especially during this heatwave. The bartender concocts superb cocktails and is happy to advise you, particularly on the signature creations. For a starter, try a Bloody Mary, uniquely flavored with an excellent truffle aroma from Maison Sébalcé, a supplier to restaurants since 1966. Then, savor a platter of sausages and cheeses, including a summer truffle gouda—simply divine. Finish your evening with a lemon tart cocktail, another original creation. In short, head to Les Oubliettes, the home of cocktails forever.

29/08/2026: Meal for 2 We relied on the reviews and we weren't disappointed. We tried the daily specials. The penne with zucchini, prawns, and saffron cream was delicious. And the pizza with mozzarella, anchovies (not too many), peppers, onions, garlic... and every ingredient was very good (I think the ingredients are high quality). We highly recommend this restaurant. Moreover, a nice, friendly atmosphere, warm decor, and welcoming staff. And all this at reasonable prices.

03/10/2026: The bar concept is interesting, but it's hampered by poor organization. We were seated at a table that had been left dirty by the previous customers, and no one bothered to clean it. Furthermore, €10 was missing from the change I received. When I pointed this out, the manager immediately sided with the staff, without even attempting to verify the actual amount. It's as if there's no proper cash register control. And since customers aren't given receipts, it's impossible to establish the facts. A good manager would have tried to understand what really happened and find a solution. Overall, an unpleasant experience, with a bar and management that seem outdated. 27/09/2026: So I read the reviews and I think we must have gone to different restaurants. The old lady who greeted us was really unfriendly, and her daughter even less so. We waited almost half an hour before getting our order. The place itself is very beautiful, but the service needs improvement.
