30/08/2026: A must visit restaurant if you like authentic, home cooked Portuguese food. Maria is a wonderful host and welcomes you into the restaurant as if it were her home kitchen. Everything is cooked fresh and as Maria prepares everything herself don't expect fast food delivery times. Booking is recommended especially for larger groups and cash is the only payment option. Looking forward to going back soon to sample more of the delicious food.

29/06/2026: Noisy canteen, ordinary food, and the owner is very rude and as cold as a tax inspector.

30/08/2026: Personally, I thoroughly enjoyed the homemade couscous with fine semolina, just the way I like it. The dishes tasted so good that I finished everything on my plate! The dessert and appetizer were excellent, the service was pleasant, and the chef was happy to see his plates come back empty. The wait was long, but it was worth it in the end. Well done! We will be back.

30/08/2026: As regulars at this restaurant, and having learned of a change of ownership, we had a very pleasant evening. The welcome was warm and the food excellent. Don't hesitate to visit this establishment; you won't be disappointed.

19/09/2026: I only gave it 5 stars because there aren't any more! 😉 The welcome was fantastic! The food was delicious! We were just passing through and stopped when we saw the restaurant from the road, and we have no regrets!

11/10/2026: Absolutely terrible, 32 euros for a (free-range) chicken that was unseasoned and tasteless, just like the potatoes (I've never eaten potatoes that were so wrinkled and watery inside), really bland with their watery sauce, tasteless and extremely expensive compared to much better places, I won't be going back.

13/09/2026: Served quickly and absolutely delicious!! Everything looks tempting, the XL trays are generous! The rotisserie also looks great, with a good selection at affordable prices!!

30/12/2025: Fantastic meal, excellent food. A very warm welcome and top-notch service. Don't change a thing! And discovering your village with its half-timbered houses was wonderful. We loved it.

21/11/2025: A small country restaurant near the ocean, easy parking, traditional homemade cuisine, simple, quick, and efficient, fresh ingredients, and very reasonable prices. The chef and waitress are two very friendly and professional young people. A must-try! I highly recommend this restaurant!

27/08/2026: Great atmosphere, but I'm not so sure if serving natural wine on tap is good for the wine. One glass we had didn't taste very good, and overall the wines seemed a bit watery. Perhaps the selection simply wasn't to our taste.

02/08/2026: Excellent beer selection. Prices for draft and bottled beers are good. Service is adequate, if not very friendly. The indoor seating area is cramped.

17/08/2026: I come here yearly for a friends birthday and it's always lovely. This time I came with my sister and some friends for my sister's birthday. Staff was great as always, even free birthday shots. Thank you!!

17/08/2026: Bad service. Bad wine. Pigeons perched above the terrace. My steak and fries were good, however.

21/09/2026: Slow service just for two pots (mussels marinière). Between arrival and departure (one pot, one dessert, and one coffee per person): total time > one hour. The restaurant wasn't full. But there were only two people serving and taking payments, and they were lovely (friendly welcome). A somewhat mixed experience, which I won't repeat.

12/10/2026: I ordered dry pot chicken and stir-fried green beans and got diarrhea less than an hour later… The taste and portion size of the dishes were fine, but the freshness seemed questionable. I can handle spicy food very well and have never had this problem before. When it came time to pay, the sign clearly stated that they accepted WeChat Pay and Alipay, but they told us that because the owner wasn't there, they didn't accept these payment methods. If they don't want to accept these, they should just take the payment method sign back. Misleading consumers again… The attitude was very poor. Not recommended.

28/06/2026: We had lunch here on our private tour. Our driver brought us to this location made reservations for us and oh my gosh the tarts were so fantastic. We loved it. It started raining as we were eating as we were finishing but yet everybody was ready. Here great place to eat. Highly recommended for lunch. Just fantastic for us.

It had been a long time since I'd enjoyed a meal so much: delicious, perfectly executed dishes with real attention to detail—kudos to the whole team! The service was impeccable, warm, and attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable, especially with children. As for the restaurant itself, it has been completely transformed: the space is magnificent, tastefully combining modern style with a welcoming atmosphere. We wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant and will gladly return!

09/05/2026: They so kindly catered to me as a vegan! Created a whole 3 course menu for me on the spot! The food was really excellent and they checked with me when unsure about what I could eat. So kind and good
