16/09/2026: Absolutely nothing special, as always, opening a menu only to find that half the items are unavailable because "they're updating the menu." The special of the day (chicken legs and potatoes) was barely eatable, perfect for a business lunch.

02/09/2026: I've been eating at this restaurant regularly for 15 years. The menu is extensive and quite varied; you can find more than just sushi. The green tea and red beans are excellent. However, the Matsuri menu is €17.50! That's way too expensive for lunch!

20/06/2026: We had reserved a table for 25 people at 9 pm several weeks in advance, with pre-selected menus. When we arrived at 8:50 pm, the owner told us the table wasn't ready. Apparently, our table had been given to other people beforehand, and he hadn't managed the time. Furthermore, he hadn't communicated with his servers, so they didn't know there was another table to prepare. Consequently, the owner suggested we have two separate tables, a solution we refused as it wasn't what we had requested. Dear Mr. Owner of Bistroz, when you can't manage service time, take reservations into account, but you know how to openly disregard your customers, you should consider a different career path. A big thank you to his team, who demonstrated professionalism and responsiveness in setting up tables for us despite everything.

02/10/2026: For our father's passing, we wanted a place to gather after the ceremony. We were unable to specify the time or the number of people. We had chosen this establishment because we had eaten lunch there every week as we had many administrative tasks to attend to. Everything we had eaten was delicious, and the staff was very friendly. It was a pleasant surprise to have this gathering after the ceremony. The owner and staff were so responsive that our guests must have thought it had been planned well in advance, when in fact it was simply made possible by the team's professionalism. Tables were quickly set up, and the aperitif and meal were served smoothly at a comfortable pace. Their kindness was exemplary. Thank you to everyone who made it possible for the ceremony to conclude with a shared meal, just as our father would have wished. Thank you for your exceptional adaptability.

13/09/2026: A wonderful surprise upon returning from my weekend getaway! I wasn't expecting to find such an authentic pad thai at this establishment. The flavors immediately reminded me of my trip to Thailand. The rest of the menu offers excellent cuisine. The service is quick and the welcome is warm. A place to remember if you're looking for a Thai dish prepared according to traditional methods!

12/09/2026: I came 20-25 days ago with my wife and children, and we received a very warm welcome. The food was very good, and the wait wasn't too long, but what I particularly appreciated was your new waiter, "Naïm" or "Nazim," a short, smiling young man who took excellent care of us and helped my children (who don't speak a word of French) choose their order (by the way, the fish and chips is delicious). He made us feel so at home that we were completely comfortable. We can't wait to see him and everyone else again as soon as you reopen.

06/09/2026: Very lively and cute spot, perfect place to either grab a drink or even have dinner. I had the sliced duck with potato gratin, and it definitely didn’t disappoint. Very good price-to-quality ratio. Definitely recommend!

07/05/2026: Hello, I went to this establishment on Tuesday, May 5th, to have a drink on their beautiful terrace, but it was empty. I went into the restaurant to ask, and I was told that Mondays and Tuesdays were reserved exclusively for hotel guests, and for others, it was only from 3:30 PM to 6:30 PM! I wonder how this very restrictive establishment operates!

27/04/2026: We ate at Albatros, on a friend's recommendation. Good atmosphere, very good food, friendly and attentive waiters. However, we waited over 40 minutes for our desserts, probably because they were defrosting... What a shame!

10/07/2026: Hotel not tested. Excellent experience at the restaurant: top-notch welcome, fast and attentive service, very good menu. Highly recommended.
