13/06/2026: June 10, 2026: The meat we bought had a very suspicious smell, which we unfortunately only realized after getting home. When we passed by again a few days later, the butcher had the nerve to tell us that he simply distributes the meat that is brought to him... Update June 13, 2026: The owner's quick and polite response on Google leads me to believe that he is a serious and customer-focused merchant. The purpose of my post was not to publicly fire someone, but to improve the quality of service. So instead of giving more details about the person in question, I suggest that management hold a short briefing with all employees to change their sales mindset. I am therefore bringing my rating in line with the average seen on Google, pending a future visit.

07/04/2026: They give out whatever pieces they want, they're not very pleasant at the checkout, they're stingy and even hesitate to give you a bag. In short, never go there again.

11/09/2026: I was in Châtellerault on business and mentioned I had 40 minutes for lunch. My order was taken immediately and served a few minutes later. Friendly service. Thank you!

19/07/2026: I ordered a Parma buffalo mozzarella pizza and was very disappointed with my experience. The mozzarella di bufala was dry and only half full. Furthermore, the waitress was unable to deduct the amount from my loyalty points balance on my bill. She told me that Del Arte had changed its loyalty program, but I find it regrettable that the benefits I was entitled to couldn't be applied.

16/08/2026: Today, we're leaving Aix-en-Provence after living here for six years. Our last stop before the big departure? The unmissable Divan d'Antioche! This small, family-run restaurant with a large terrace overlooking the Place des Cardeurs also offers a cozy downstairs dining room, perfect for warming up in the winter. On the menu: Turkish and Lebanese cuisine, with plenty of vegetarian options, affordable prices, and local products! Whether you're a tourist looking for an authentic, welcoming spot frequented by locals, or you're moving to Aix, the Divan is a must-visit, the only restaurant in Aix that we'll truly miss… Thank you to Marwan and the whole team for their warm and friendly welcome and for all these years of delicious meals! 27/09/2026: A must-visit address in the pedestrian zone in central Paris. The owner's warm welcome, the quality of service, and the particularly subtle and refined cuisine. A huge thank you to the entire team for making us feel so at home. My favorite spot! ✊👍

21/09/2026: Gracious, friendly and attentive owner (my guess from his face on the menu haha). Had the herring for a starter and tiger prawns for the main, and both were exquisitely delicious. The tiger prawns had an Asian twist, which I loved. Thank you for my last meal of my Paris trip in 2026. ☺️

15/09/2026: The food and service were excellent and very attentive. However, the wait time for dine-in customers exceeded forty minutes, with a significant gap between the first and subsequent dishes. The kitchen was overwhelmed, and both dine-in customers and delivery drivers were dissatisfied. Kitchen staffing needs to take this situation into account.

16/08/2026: The service was a bit slow, but more importantly, Mr. Chef, the balsamic vinegar garnish on every dish is ridiculous. It's fine on salads and raw vegetables, but not on chicken in cream sauce!

04/09/2026: We arrived in the middle of August, the month when restaurants make a lot of money, and they turned us away, claiming they were overwhelmed, even though it was only 1 p.m. From the dining room, you can see into the kitchen, and in such a short time, we saw the cook sweating profusely over the food... It's a good thing they turned us away because it was disgusting.
