03/08/2026: Always a pleasure to order and enjoy the sushi from Sushi Frais. The staff is friendly and very attentive. The sushi is delicious, the fish is very fresh and melts in your mouth. There are also many vegetarian options (Tofu sushi). In short, clearly the best sushi restaurant in the area.

For starters, we had the baby squid casserole, followed by the seafood platter (baby squid, mussels, and shrimp), and the beef carpaccio. The dishes were delicious, generous, and beautifully presented! We received a warm welcome in a relaxed atmosphere with a lovely view of the harbor. Thank you to the young woman who served us for her smile, kindness, and professionalism! A highly recommended restaurant!

29/08/2026: Delicious product at an unbeatable price, and the servers were smiling and very pleasant despite the crowds. Fast service (usually less than 10 minutes). I recommend it 300%!

23/11/2025: I've never eaten such disgusting pasta in Sicily. "Al ragù" pasta with no meat, no sauce, just the cooking water, perfect for mixing, charged at €19. Truffle pasta, overcooked but perfectly crisp, €23! Small portion, different depending on the customer. Avoid at all costs!!!

15/11/2025: A must-try in Uzès 🫶. Everything is excellent, the dishes are beautiful and delicious, and the welcome is warm. We tried the Sicilian fondue, and we loved it!! I highly recommend it.

However, there was an unpleasant smell due to the aging carpeting on the upper floors, and I was very surprised to see carpeting in the restaurant as well! The elevator and air conditioning are very noisy. It's a shame because with a few improvements it would be fantastic.

10/06/2026: The hotel is very well located. It has a lot of charm, with a balcony overlooking the salt flats. The owner's warm welcome, helpfulness, and kindness are particularly noteworthy.

The dishes are high-quality, beautifully presented, and delicious. But I especially want to give a special shout-out to Mathéo, the waiter, who was exceptional! 😊 A top-notch welcome, infectious good humor, and a genuine sense of service. It's a real pleasure to meet such pleasant people. I will definitely be back, especially for Mathéo and his cheerful disposition! 😄 Thank you for this lovely time, see you very soon!

29/08/2026: The welcome was very cold, a little less so when it came time to pay; the pizza was really not great and way overcooked. I do not recommend it at all!

17/08/2026: Flavorful pizzas, thin crust, which sometimes makes it too crispy. And good value for money.
