30/05/2026: Worst service ever. The server here was really mean. I'm studying abroad in Paris, and I had actually saved this restaurant on my phone to visit. But what is this? On my way to the airport today, I really needed to use the restroom, so I asked if I could, and they said it was 1 euro. I said okay, but they charged me 3 euros without saying a word. So I asked if it wasn't 1 euro, and they just said, "Oh, oh, it's 3 euros." So I asked for a refund, but they said no. I just stared at them blankly, and they said, "Oh, what? You want a refund?" and gave me 1 euro and two 50 cents. They should have told me from the start that I couldn't use the restroom. What kind of nonsense is this? It wasn't even a busy peak time with lots of customers; I received great service at 8 AM. I'm telling my Parisian locals and fellow international students about this place, and I'll definitely leave reviews on my blog and Instagram. The server was a man wearing glasses, and he was really kind. I will remember the service I received every time I go to the Marais from now on. Never going to this restaurant. Server was so mean. I had actually saved this restaurant beforehand planning to visit during my study abroad in Paris, but what the hell? Today, on my way to the airport, I urgently needed to use the restroom, so I asked them if I could use it. They told me it would be €1. I agreed, but they went ahead and charged me €3 without saying a word. When I asked, "Didn't you say it was €1?", they just casually said, "Oh, It's €3." So I asked for a refund, and they said no. As I stood there completely dumbfounded, they finally said, “Oh, you want a refund?” and handed me €1, and 2 of 50 cents back. If you don't want people using your restroom, just say no from the very beginning. It wasn't even a busy peak hour; it was 8 AM, and I was sure left with a "wonderful" service experience. I will definitely be sharing this review with my fellow student friends, as well as on blog and Instagram. The male waiter with glasses was so exceptionally "kind."

06/07/2026: Despite being regular customers of your establishment, we were extremely disappointed with our lunch. Our main course was served before our aperitifs, the servers showed no respect for the customers, the meal was rushed through in half an hour, and there was no enjoyment whatsoever in your brasserie. We will not be returning.

15/06/2026: Needed a little break for a snack and a drink and this place didn’t disappoint. Chill vibe and nice staff. The chorizo was tasty too!

04/06/2026: A chic Parisian bistro-style restaurant! I love going there for a drink and I go often. This time we had dinner and tried the dishes, which are truly delicious. Everything was perfect, and the service was impeccable, with the staff incredibly attentive. The portions are generous, and the presentation is beautiful. Go without hesitation, especially for their fries, which are the best in the entire capital. See you soon!

12/12/2025: From the moment you enter the Polo, you'll appreciate the spaciousness and the warm welcome from the staff. The menu is tastefully presented and the food is excellent! You might ask about the price? Overall, it's very reasonable. Definitely worth a visit.

06/04/2026: So far my favourite restaurant in the region! The quality of the food is top class and the portions are generous. It’s not only seafood, they have rognon, lamb, chicken depending on the season. The best ris de veau we have tasted, and generous portions of langoustines. Even the deserts are all amazing - home made, light and not too sweet.

19/05/2026: We came for dinner this Sunday evening, one of the only places to eat that day. The welcome was adequate upon arrival, but the service was very average for a high price considering the quality… €16.50 for one (and only one) overcooked duck skewer (we ordered it rare), frozen fries, and three wilted, unseasoned lettuce leaves. We're still waiting for the bread… and the glasses of tomato juice were left with us until the end of the meal. The cashier asked us if everything was alright "just on principle," because when we mentioned it could have been better, she told us we should have asked for the dishes to be sent back to the kitchen. She made a very quick getaway once we were finished. Absolutely no gesture of goodwill. Just passing customers and no competition that evening… why bother being customer-friendly?

30/09/2025: When we were told we could use the UP lunch card at the entrance, I was supposed to be able to pay with it. However, when the bill arrived, it was impossible to pay with the lunch card, neither with my card nor my wife's. To claim they were accepting the card but then not actually accept it upon arrival seems dishonest to me. (The card hadn't been used before, so a €25 charge was possible, and it was a Thursday!) It made for a poor customer experience.

10/03/2026: We had a wonderful time at this restaurant. The ingredients were high quality, the culinary combinations were beautiful, and above all, the wine list offered a wide variety of wines recommended by a very friendly and knowledgeable sommelier. The ambiance could be warmer, but everything else more than makes up for it.

22/02/2026: A really great restaurant! The food is fresh, local, and absolutely delicious! The waitress is super friendly and always smiling, and you can tell right away that she knows her drinks and food menus inside and out. ☺️

15/04/2026: I'm not a gambler; I went into the establishment to admire the architecture and decor. Everything is beautiful, shiny, bursting with a thousand colors, plus there's a small "museum" corner, which is of questionable quality but transports you back to the old slot machines.

13/04/2026: Unpleasant welcome from a young man at the security checkpoint, rude and haughty bartender with tattoos. If that's how she wants to sell those €17 packs of cigarettes, it's expensive. A smile costs nothing. Beautiful casino.
