08/05/2026: This brasserie might go unnoticed from the outside, but once you step inside, you won't regret it. The entire staff is very friendly, and the Mediterranean ambiance completes the experience. As for the menu, it's excellent. Four or five starters or main courses are offered, and the home-style cooking delights your taste buds at a very reasonable price. The portions are generous, and you won't leave feeling hungry. Don't hesitate to stop by if you're visiting or passing through Sérignan, and why not make a special trip? Just a few kilometers from Valras-Plage, you'll find authentic food that far surpasses the quality of some restaurants in the seaside resort. Highly recommended.

09/04/2026: Don’t walk. Run. Get yourself a reservation at Le Rigmarole immediately. Tucked into the 11th arrondissement, this place is everything Paris dining should be. Husband-and-wife team Robert Compagnon and Jessica Yang cook extraordinary dishes over a Japanese binchotan grill, served at an intimate counter glowing under 1920s Tiffany lamps. The service is warm, personal, and genuinely joyful. The food is impeccable. Every single course will leave you speechless. One of the most incredible dining experiences I’ve ever had, full stop. Book four weeks in advance and thank yourself later.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

03/06/2026: I'm giving it 2 stars because the service and the pizza dough were excellent. The wait for the pizzas was a bit too long. People arrived much later than me and we were all served at the same time. I had ordered a calzone with cream inside, as I like it, but it had mozzarella instead, and if you don't like mozzarella, that's a bit annoying. Plus, there was no cream, and a good calzone ends with a perfectly runny yolk on the plate, but in this case, the egg was cooked, even overcooked. A shame.

15/06/2026: Needed a little break for a snack and a drink and this place didn’t disappoint. Chill vibe and nice staff. The chorizo was tasty too!

04/06/2026: A chic Parisian bistro-style restaurant! I love going there for a drink and I go often. This time we had dinner and tried the dishes, which are truly delicious. Everything was perfect, and the service was impeccable, with the staff incredibly attentive. The portions are generous, and the presentation is beautiful. Go without hesitation, especially for their fries, which are the best in the entire capital. See you soon!

06/06/2026: Back after eating at the "Soulac 1900" event. I'll only comment on what was on my plate. A huge fan of ribeye steak, I dared to order this cut at this pizza place. What a surprise! The ribeye was exceptional. A beautiful 350g piece, high quality, very lean, and with a rare smoky flavor! Honestly, don't even think about eating at the "Chien Fou" restaurant further up the seafront; the meat is nothing like this! Moreover, we hadn't made a reservation, and they were kind enough to find us a table. Quick and efficient service! Kudos to the chef for the excellent meal, and thank you to the waitresses for their friendliness.
