03/09/2026: A magnificent setting and a fantastic team! The welcome is incredibly warm, which immediately puts you at ease. The fresh cheese is simply excellent, and the beer is just as delicious. It was a pure moment of relaxation with a breathtaking view. I highly recommend it!

22/08/2026: We were invited two days ago to a birthday party at a restaurant! And honestly, it was fantastic! There were about twenty of us, and we had a wonderful evening! The meal was delicious: potato fritters with great local charcuterie, regional cheese, and to top it all off, a little accordion music on the cake! The view is breathtaking! Hiking down with headlamps is a superb experience! Thank you, SOUS LES FREDDY'S!

22/08/2026: We ate at this restaurant yesterday. The price was more than reasonable! A starter, main course, cheese, and dessert for only 25 euros! The menu included a Roquefort salad or a very generously filled gizzard salad! The beef fillet and duck breast served with a potato gratin and ratatouille were also very, very good! For dessert, we had Dame Blanche (a type of ice cream cake), but we preferred to share one between the two of us because the portions were so generous! In short, if you're in the area, don't hesitate to eat there, and the owners are very friendly too!

17/08/2026: We received a very warm welcome; the waitress was very attentive and pleasant. For €16, we had a starter, main course, cheese, and dessert. There was only one set menu, but that's because everything is homemade with fresh ingredients. Nothing but positive things to say.

01/03/2026: On the road between Paris and Brittany, an unexpected stop in Évreux led us to discover this bakery. We left with a traditional baguette (5 stars: crispy and soft, perfectly baked), and an excellent pistachio and raspberry Paris-Brest—fragrant, smooth, and well-balanced. We also added an assortment of small oriental pastries, each more delicious than the last. We'll definitely be back next time we're in Évreux. The icing on the cake was the very warm welcome from a passionate and genuinely kind baker.

15/09/2026: This is an excellent place to stock up on the city's true specialty! The historic establishment has its original location in the heart of the city center, but also a very convenient outlet located at the city's entrance, very close to the highway exit. The only slight logistical drawback is that parking in front of the shop at the city entrance is very limited, with few spaces available. But it's still a must-visit for those wanting to take home an authentic cassoulet, whether canned or in a jar.

12/09/2026: A company that produces its own preserves and charcuterie. We haven't yet tried the duck cassoulets we bought... lots of choices.

09/10/2026: Slow service for drinks ordered on a half-empty terrace, even though it wasn't busy. The kitchen closed at 7:40 pm on a Friday night (the night of a concert in the square). It wasn't possible to pay at the bar; you had to intercept a server to pay at the table, despite the bartender taking his "puff and phone" break in the bar. As for friendliness, I'll pass. The wine was very good.

30/09/2026: Service needs improvement; the waitress wasn't very welcoming, not even a "good evening." Prices are very high. A tourist trap.

09/07/2026: Excellent restaurant! The welcome is warm, and the owner is very friendly. The dishes are made with quality ingredients, and you can taste the difference. The ice cream sundaes are generous, and the quality of the ice cream is top-notch! We will definitely be back. Hugs from Lisieux!

12/08/2026: Ordered pork spring rolls, shrimp dumplings, and spicy shrimp today via Deliveroo. I almost broke a tooth on the shrimp dumplings, why? Because there was a pebble in them… you should be careful…

19/06/2026: I've been a regular for a long time, and the price-quality ratio suits me. However, the atmosphere in the restaurant is bad because of the delivery drivers who loiter inside and play videos on their phones through the speakerphone. As a result, we always get takeout, even though the interior is cute and the staff are very friendly. In fact, I think this is a common opinion because the dining room is always empty. It's a bit of a shame.

28/08/2026: We've been coming here every year for five years now. It's always been delicious, but this year the food is very poor, the portions are small, and the prices are higher.

18/08/2026: One of the few restaurants open late and with a wide selection. The lamb shoulder was very good, perfectly cooked and melted in the mouth. Also, since one of us had a slight stomach ache, they even made us pasta without vegetables, charging us only €3 (very fair). The only downside is that the seats on the outside benches are a bit uncomfortable.

31/08/2026: Overall, the service was pleasant and the meal was decent. But for a "veggie poke bowl salad," we expected a poke bowl without salmon. Instead, it was just a regular salad in a large bowl. No rice, no edamame, no mango, no avocado, and therefore no salmon. Instead, there was lettuce, a hard-boiled egg, tomatoes, corn, green beans... The exotic touch you expect from a poke bowl was simply nonexistent... in short, it was just a salad in a large bowl... we really felt ripped off with this dish.
