05/09/2026: A non-smoker can no longer sit on a terrace without having to deal with smokers on a Saturday night! The bottle of water served was hot, but we had to buy it separately to get a cold one – very disappointing. We were usually very satisfied.

29/08/2026: I ordered a wrap and got almost nothing but lettuce, a fair amount of sauce, and one piece of chicken. All of it was cold... I was quite disappointed, especially considering the photos and reviews from other customers. I also ordered fries, and the portion was ridiculously small. Perhaps it was due to the time of day? 9 PM when they close at 9:30 PM?

10/09/2026: The food was excellent and the waiter was incredibly attentive; I highly recommend it. The menu changes daily, and they always offer new dishes to keep things interesting. I stayed at the hotel for five nights and it was perfect.

23/08/2026: We came to Bistrot Henriette for a refereeing course that brought together about forty referees. We received a very warm welcome, with smiles and a friendly atmosphere. The meal was served buffet-style: everything was delicious, plentiful, and perfectly suited to our group. The restaurant is clean, pleasant, and very well located, with the added bonus of a large parking lot right next door, which is really convenient when you're traveling in a group. A truly wonderful experience, both for the welcome and the quality of the food and the setting. I highly recommend Bistrot Henriette!

19/09/2026: We were very disappointed by this restaurant, which we had enjoyed many years ago. The dishes were bland and tasteless. The Picardy-style crepes were lukewarm, and the main course consisted of vegetables that were probably frozen and reheated. Only the gourmet coffee was acceptable; that says it all! In short, as far as we're concerned, this restaurant is blacklisted.

18/09/2026: Restaurant with outdated decor and atmosphere. The food was very average. The starter was a faisselle cheese, served lukewarm to cold, straight from the fridge or freezer. The main course was sole meunière. The sole wasn't fresh and had probably also come from the freezer. The side dish was bland and uninspired. The dessert was good, and the wine, a Pouilly-Fumé, was excellent. The service was quite adequate. A major disappointment, and I wouldn't recommend this restaurant, which seems geared towards tourists passing through.

01/10/2026: Ngọc Xuyến was my favorite restaurant for so many years. But now the flavor has changed, it is so much sweeter and saltier but it lacks the deep flavors that I used to love.

01/10/2026: What a delightful little restaurant! Beautiful appetizers, generous portions with perfectly seasoned sauces and delicious flavors. The portions are very generous, perhaps even a little too much. The service (I don't understand some of the comments) is excellent; you just need to chat with the servers a bit, and everything runs smoothly. How many restaurants do you know where you can actually see what they're preparing? Here, that's the case. And to finish, a lovely little coffee, just like back home. Thank you for this enjoyable experience.

17/09/2026: I'm giving it 5 stars because the person who greeted and served me that day was absolutely fantastic. She was incredibly professional; her name is Talina. I hope the managers are aware of her qualities. It's becoming very rare these days to find someone so dedicated and meticulous. You can trust her completely; she manages the restaurant very well! I also thoroughly enjoyed the spicy chicken I ate there and the tenders I took to go. Thanks again, Talina.

03/08/2026: We wanted to try this "fast food" place despite the numerous negative reviews. For five of us, we paid €90, very expensive for the service and the mediocre fast food. The staff seemed inexperienced and unsupervised, and our table and glasses weren't very clean, raising serious hygiene concerns. We left feeling rather bitter... and determined not to return.

We travel frequently and always enjoy staying at Mandarin Oriental hotels around the world, and Mandarin Oriental Paris truly stood out with their central location and service. The front desk team created a memorable stay - instinctive and genuinely personal. Every interaction was thoughtful, warm, and effortlessly attentive during our stay during Christmas. My daughter was very happy and felt very special. A special thank you to Claire and her exceptional team for making us feel so well cared for throughout our stay. 09/07/2026: Nice hotel at a great location, but it’s a pity there’s no air conditioning. The bathroom is very small and the window in the room doesn’t allow you to look outside. Still, good price and a pleasant place to stay.
