Bon Bétend was able to adapt to our requests and even go above and beyond, ensuring our wedding lived up to our expectations. In short, they are by far the best caterer in the region, with passionate and friendly people, all at a price far exceeding the competition. We highly recommend them!

28/08/2026: I really don't recommend this restaurant. The welcome was quite unpleasant, and we felt like we were bothering them. We booked for 10 people. The mussels marinière are best avoided unless you want to eat mussels with raw white wine, no garlic, no parsley, and no broth, just the cooking liquid at the bottom. In short, it's not worth the price! A prime location isn't everything.

10/10/2026: A very warm welcome: a menu offering good value for money, including salmon carpaccio, sea bream fillet, and mango-passion fruit tiramisu. Pleasant staff in a beautifully decorated setting.

16/09/2026: After Caves Madeleine messed up our reservation, our hotel kindly booked us into Le Conty instead. From the moment we arrived until we left, the staff were excellent, the food was very good, and the Pavlova was the best we have ever tasted. But the real winner of the evening was the Pommard red wine, which we enjoyed immensely. A wonderful birthday evening in Beaune!

13/09/2026: Appalling hygiene and enormous wait times despite the restaurant being empty. We arrived at 1:00 PM, and it took 20 minutes for a Big Mac and a New York Wrap meal, with half the items missing, requiring them to remake them. The meals were good, but as I was finishing my Coke, something appeared—some sort of insect or tag—which disgusted me. The manager was kind and wanted to apologize, which I appreciate, but unfortunately, she was unable to offer a refund. I strongly advise you to review your service; I have never experienced anything like it.

The service is quick and the atmosphere is friendly, typical of a neighborhood restaurant with a loyal clientele. The meats offered are also halal.

15/05/2026: Avoid at all costs! I'm Tunisian and I strongly advise against this restaurant… The staff is extremely unpleasant, bordering on rude… The quality is nonexistent… The fricassee was clearly from the day before… Sorry, but it's disgusting.

21/08/2026: Residents of Pressiat, we enjoyed a family meal at the restaurant, whereas we usually only have drinks on the terrace because the view is simply magnificent.
