08/06/2026: This is my first time, and it's been a fantastic experience. I even discovered the loyalty program I could use, so I downloaded it and have been going back at least once a week ever since to collect points. I highly recommend it; go for it without hesitation.

08/04/2026: The food is okay, a bit pricey for what it is, but still good even with a wide selection. The problem is that half the self-service kiosks aren't working, and on the ones that do, it's impossible to print a receipt, and on one, you can't pay by card. Fortunately, the staff are responsive and answer requests for receipts. The wait isn't long either.

But what I want to emphasize is the service. We encountered a head waiter named César, and if I had to give him a score out of 10, it would be a 12. His welcome, service, order taking, and overall table management were all excellent. Frankly, I've rarely seen such a good head waiter. I've been in the restaurant industry myself for 40 years, and it was a pleasure to be served by him. I think it's important to highlight this. 👍

The salad I paid full price for was from the day before, with burnt lettuce, wilted tomatoes, and stale chicken. The flan was awful and tasteless. The Sanpelligrino was perfect. This establishment and franchise should be avoided; I'm fed up with being ripped off.
