30/03/2026: A warm welcome with a cheerful "hello" and a smile. The interior is inviting, with a fireplace for cooler, dreary weather. The service is quick and the local dishes are hearty. The only downside: prices remain high at this altitude, a well-known fact.

22/07/2026: Unfortunately, our experience was very bad. We don't understand the positive reviews. The cheese platter came from Lidl. The focaccia was like something you'd get at a gas station: dry as a rock, with cheap cheese and cooked ham. The quality was truly disappointing. What happened?

17/08/2026: What an incredibly nice bar and ice cream shop this is. We only bought an ice cream here and it was delicious. The price is also just a bit lower than the surrounding ice cream shops. The owner is very friendly and serves a great portion of ice cream. If you are in Montignac, getting an ice cream here is highly recommended.

12/09/2026: Fabulous little seafood spot with amazing oysters and delicious wine!

30/08/2026: Half of the oysters were dead and they told us it was "legend" that the oyster needs to move to be alive. The snales were full of sand and very disgusting with a really bad taste. We told them everything and were very embarrassed for the situation. The owner and workers did not even apologise. They kept on saying that the food was good and that until it does not stink, it means it is good. We paid full price to eat 3 oysters, 40€! Don't go there it is really not worth it.

19/09/2026: A small café-restaurant opposite the Fragonard Museum, theoretically open from 9 am to 6 pm, with a charming little shaded terrace. We arrived at 1 pm. The welcome was rather cold, and the menu was on a chalkboard. The metal chairs on the terrace were uncomfortable. There were many well-prepared salads, but a poor selection of main courses. I ended up ordering a meager croque monsieur with salad (they don't serve fries here), which took an hour to arrive! I should mention that I asked for it without pesto sauce (I'm intolerant to garlic), while my friend received his quickly with pesto. The cook supposedly had a problem. I saw him come rushing down the outside steps from the first floor, clearly unhappy. The dish was finally served with apologies from the waitress. The croque monsieur was cold and hard, made from toasted supermarket white bread with a slice of ham and cheese! The toilets are accessible via an outside staircase on the first floor. Completely unsuitable for the elderly and people with reduced mobility. However, the pink sorbet was very good. They refused to serve customers at 2 PM! Very noisy because it's right next to the road. Well, a rare bad experience in this beautiful, yet very touristy, city.

09/09/2026: Extremely rude service. The waitress who served us today (09.09) never processed our order, and when we finally followed up after some time, it turned out she had simply forgotten about it. We could have overlooked that, but her overall attitude while taking the order—casually tossing the menus onto our table and dryly stating that “the kitchen is closed” without any explanation, even though it was hours before closing time—made us feel like a burden rather than valued guests. After 20 minutes, we gave up on waiting for our coffee, which hadn't even been started yet. We definitely do not recommend this place; there are plenty of other spots in Grasse where you won't feel like an unwanted guest.

02/08/2026: The cleanliness of the outdoor tables was very poor (some uncleaned tables were sticky to the touch, ashtrays with cigarettes sitting in water). A major drawback was the service: we were served by a young woman about as welcoming as a prison guard. I have rarely seen such an unpleasant and unfriendly person: no smile, no eye contact, she made us feel like we were bothering her. Regardless of whether we had a difficult day, such disdainful behavior is, in my opinion, unacceptable. A second visit clearly confirmed our initial impression.

04/10/2026: We had a fantastic time! The dishes were absolutely delicious, generous, and beautifully presented 🤩 The service was top-notch, with a lovely and very friendly team. A warm and welcoming atmosphere, just the way we like it! Honestly, we enjoyed every bite from start to finish 😋 I 100% recommend it and we'll definitely be back! ❤️

27/09/2026: First evening at Soprano for the celebratory dinner and I wasn't disappointed. Kudos to Charlotte and her whole team for creating such a wonderful place near us. Everything was perfect from start to finish. See you soon!

15/06/2026: I came to eat at this charming restaurant and ordered a sirloin steak, which was clearly faulty as it had a strong taste of dish soap/sour. After offering me something else to eat (which I refused because I was disgusted), the owner didn't even have the decency to offer us drinks or make any kind of gesture of goodwill, barely even a "sorry," implying that the problem was me because they had tasted the meat and hadn't noticed anything wrong... either they have a problem with their palate or their bad faith got the better of them... what a shame, we won't be back
