31/05/2026: We went to celebrate my mother-in-law's 90th birthday at a restaurant for Mother's Day lunch. The starter was a sea bream ceviche: too much of a mix of flavors, and you couldn't taste the fish anymore, overpowering the coconut milk, ginger, and raspberry ice cream. For the main course, it was duck breast with a red fruit sauce and vegetable waffles with foie gras espuma: we could barely eat the duck breast because it was overcooked and the combination of flavors was off, and the waffles were dry. Very disappointed. The starter, main course, cheese, and dessert, a strawberry cake, were all good. Frankly, it's not worth €90 per person at all; I absolutely do not recommend the restaurant. As for the establishment itself, the location is very pleasant, with a beautiful view, and our waiter was excellent.

30/05/2026: Very nicely appointed historical Chateau over looking the Lore Valley with Castle views in the distance Pleasant helpful staff and plenty of parking. Huge rooms with nice linens. We chose a room in one of the guest cottages and were delighted with the renovation and large deck overlooking the valley. Easy drive up access to unload bags and then park in the lots kept the secluded feel in tact Enjoyed drinks on the veranda overlying the Pool at the rear of the hotel and enjoyed both dinner and breakfasts which were tasty and unique This isn’t a property to stay at and walk into to town , but the gardens, pool and amenities keep your mind happy right where you are. Relaxing and elegant place. As nice for a romantic get away as for a family excursion

04/05/2026: Food was decent- granola was my favourite, but everything was very generous and well made. Unfortunately the financier was quite cold- felt straight from fridge- so quite heavy to eat when if at room temperature it would have been better. The menu had changed from online, and more than that a dish had the same name but was very different, so I ordered quickly but got something I didn't expect - The "breakfast plate" was different on the website, and in the restaurant, and on images on Google maps- why not use a different name for the dish if it has changed?

09/04/2026: I came this evening, Thursday the 9th, and the waiter was fantastic! Much better than the previous waiter. I highly recommend it; the service was excellent.

17/05/2026: Nice little bistro on the back road to Grenoble. The gizzard salad was very good. My father had the mussels marinière for €14. I recommend the Côte de Provence, which comes from a producer in Bretignolles; it's very good and has strong tannins.

17/04/2026: Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to you regarding a very disappointing experience at your restaurant in Fécamp. During our visit, we waited an exceptionally long time for our order. To our great disappointment, it was served cold: the hamburgers and fries were lukewarm, despite a total bill of €62.95. When I pointed this out to the cashier, her response was, to say the least, surprising, stating that "it's the same everywhere." The manager, whom we then contacted, simply replied that they were "as they went along," without offering any apology or proposing a solution. This lack of consideration for the customer is unacceptable. It is important to note that this situation has already occurred at this same establishment, which makes the experience even more frustrating. This type of service severely damages your brand's image and prevents us from enjoying a pleasant family meal. I therefore request that you take this complaint into account, improve the quality of service at this restaurant, and inform me of the measures you intend to implement. I look forward to your reply. 03/03/2026: I spent a week in drone pilot training (Prodroner), and I ate at this restaurant all week. Each day we had a different dish, and everything was delicious. The owner was very friendly and professional. I highly recommend it. Thank you for your hospitality.
