25/05/2026: I ordered a four-cheese pizza. It really wasn't good. One of the worst pizzas I've ever had. The cheese was rubbery and tasteless. We also ordered a charcuterie board. Two pieces of sausage were poorly cut, and the ham was completely uninteresting. It's a shame. Furthermore, we ordered takeout. The order took a very, very long time to arrive. The first delivery driver waited 20 minutes and then canceled the order (with Uber Eats).

18/05/2026: FOLLOW-UP TO YOUR RESPONSE: We are particularly shocked by your response, which attempts to portray regular customers as disrespectful and dishonest in order to divert attention from the real issue: we were ignored for nearly two hours. At no point did we request that customers be "kicked out," nor did we demand preferential treatment. We simply waited, politely followed up several times, and remained patient despite an already very unpleasant situation. What is regrettable is that instead of acknowledging an obvious problem, you are now choosing to invent shameful and completely false behaviors, such as this story about open taps. We have never done that, and this level of accusation is unbecoming of a restaurant manager. We would also like to point out that we were always respectful to your server with the very short hair, who was the only one to maintain a professional attitude throughout the evening. We even told him we knew perfectly well this situation wasn't his fault. Your response unfortunately reflects the experience we had that evening: no self-reflection, no tact, no consideration for loyal customers. Making customers wait can happen. Blaming them afterward to try and absolve yourself of responsibility is a completely different matter. First comment left: Avoid at all costs. As regular customers of the restaurant, we arrived as a group of eight and were told there would be a 30-minute wait. The result: two hours of waiting, repeatedly bothering the waiter, only to finally understand that we had simply been forgotten. The most shocking thing was the manager's attitude: no professionalism, no gesture of goodwill, and above all, an astounding arrogance when we asked him how he intended to make up for such a disrespectful wait. Perhaps he skipped his customer service and relations courses? Making customers wait can happen. Looking down on them after forgetting about them for 2 hours is a choice.

16/06/2026: The hotel's location at the end of the valley, in the heart of the mountains, is very accessible by road. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and warm. Our entire stay was wonderful. The room was very functional with a balcony and views of the surrounding mountains. The restaurant offered excellent cuisine, and the breakfast was very comprehensive, featuring many homemade products. A perfect stay!

14/06/2026: We came to share an evening with friends to celebrate a birthday. We had to add two extra people at the last minute, and the staff adapted by adding a table and two place settings without any problem. The welcome was very pleasant, and we were each able to enjoy dishes prepared with great finesse, with a special mention for the trompe-l'œil fruit at dessert time! (Superb). We will be back!!

04/06/2026: Excellent short rib for €28, cooked perfectly (rare is rare 👍), and the porcini mushroom sauce was delicious. Generous portion, quick and friendly service. Well done!

15/04/2026: Two stars for the service, because the rest was so-so. €18 for a starter, main course, and dessert. A quarter-liter of wine listed at €3.50 on the menu was charged at €4.50! Starter: A spoonful of salad, a few kernels of corn, 3-4 bean sprouts, and on top of that, a slice of bread with a tiny piece of melted Morbier cheese. The main course: Bulgur wheat and chicken stew, which was okay. A small cream puff for dessert, the cream of which was supposed to be praline cream but was praline in name only. We won't be back!

04/04/2026: I came for lunch for the first time: it was a very pleasant surprise. Everything was delicious. The price is fair considering the quality. The waitress was very friendly and efficient. The foie gras with Macvin wine was exceptional! The rump steak with morels is the best I've ever tasted. Don't change a thing.

04/07/2026: The place is amazing. The tapas are excellent, and so are the cocktails. Caroline greeted me with a smile and was always attentive to customers. She made some excellent cocktails. I recommend going when she's there.

05/07/2026: A very pleasant atmosphere on the banks of the Garonne. Impeccable service with great friendliness. The tapas were excellent to accompany the aperitif, followed by delicious main courses such as the beef tartare or the beef tataki with sweet potato fries. However, the desserts were very disappointing. The cream in the tiramisu and the cheesecake wasn't very light. Nevertheless, we had a very good evening!

29/06/2026: A lovely, classic, and excellent brasserie. Beautiful terrace and (most importantly) air-conditioned dining room! The menu is classic but features high-quality ingredients and dishes with original touches, from appetizers to desserts. Excellent service: a special thank you to AELIA. All this at a great price for the "Golden Triangle"!

28/06/2026: We received a warm welcome from Davit this Saturday at lunchtime, in a beautifully decorated and air-conditioned dining room. The service was quick, and the food was excellent. The restaurant is very well located. I highly recommend this establishment.

17/01/2026: We had dinner at this restaurant. The atmosphere is quite nice, and that's about the only positive point. We chose the Winter Bowl, which, on paper, sounded incredibly appetizing. Glazed carrots??? Just plain carrots! I hope you like plain rice because the sauce must have been optional. Add a few store-bought falafels on top, and there you have it. All that for €15! We were really disappointed. The rest of the menu might be better...
