18/10/2026: The lady who served us was very efficient and quick for her age, and she recommended some good dishes. That's why my stars and the 3 stars for the service are for her. The other waiters were quite slow, and you felt like they were making fun of the diners since they only spoke French, and they looked at everyone and made comments. It took them longer to bring us a piece of cheese and the crema catalana than it did to bring our food. I tried to speak to them in French, but they made it very difficult. I work in the hospitality industry, and when the situation is reversed, I treat everyone kindly and try to understand them when they don't speak Spanish very well. I'm not a despot like those two waiters. The place is quite noisy and small. It's only good for eating in and leaving. The desserts are very average and small for the prices.

20/09/2026: A very bad experience when contacting the restaurant to discuss a group reservation. We were greeted by the manager and, unfortunately, found the welcome particularly cold and haughty. From the very first minutes, we had the unpleasant feeling of being a bother, even though we were simply there to inquire and ask a few perfectly normal questions about making a reservation. The most surprising thing was the attitude adopted when we asked if it was possible to choose a table we liked. The answer was a direct "no," without any real explanation and, above all, without offering any alternative. We really felt that, since our group was ultimately "only" about fifteen people, our request didn't seem to be of much interest. This is quite disconcerting when you come specifically with the intention of making a reservation and supporting a business. We fully understand that a restaurant may have its constraints, its organizational rules, or certain tables it prefers not to allocate. That's not what we're criticizing at all. What we found disappointing was the way customers were communicated. It's perfectly possible to say no politely, explain the reasons, and perhaps even offer a solution. We left with a very unpleasant feeling, as if we almost had to insist to be allowed to make a reservation and as if our most basic requests were excessive. For comparison, we had the opportunity to interact with much more welcoming and professional staff at the Pavillon des Ibis in Parc des Ibis. Their attentiveness, availability, and hospitality were far more appreciated there. We therefore recommend that anyone looking for a venue for a group meal or event also consider this alternative. For our part, the reception we received here was unfortunately enough to make us decide to leave. The setting may be pleasant, but the welcome remains the first impression an establishment gives its customers.

16/09/2026: It seems that appearance is a problem and that Arabs aren't welcome in this restaurant. Racist behavior. I was there at the beginning of the month with my girlfriend. I showed up at the entrance (without a reservation). A woman told us she'd seat us right away. Then, after a 5-minute wait, a man (probably the manager) pulled the same stunt on us: "You don't have a reservation? There are no more seats." Not even an apology, even though there were a few seats available and other people arrived after us. And this is the second time this has happened to me, after the first time in 2024!

11/08/2026: On our way, we had a little lunch. Amazing little and very old village (1st century) with several nice restaurants. The very friendly service on the terras served us some lovely croque monsieurs and Lasagnas. Great reason to get off the Peage.

30/09/2026: Absolutely fabulous galettes- We had Complete saved champignons. Location is perfect- just off the main road D338 in Alencon. Lovely ambience and the best of service. If we’re passing this way again we hope to stop here.

17/05/2026: A charming little village restaurant, nicely decorated (beautiful centerpiece). It has a very rustic feel, and the waiter was very friendly. We had some excellent homemade fries; it's so rare these days to find truly homemade fries in a restaurant. The merguez sausages are very good, and the portions are very generous, even with the budget menu. We look forward to returning. We discovered this restaurant by chance, needing a break after a long journey...

06/08/2026: Very calm and intimate, not at all the same atmosphere as on the other side of the Loire. Excellent artisanal and well-prepared food. Good selection of beers. Reasonable prices. Breathtaking views of the Wilson Bridge, Saint Gatien Cathedral, and the Library. A great spot to admire the sunsets over the Loire.

30/07/2026: A fantastic place to relax and cool off in an idyllic setting during the heatwave! I'm never disappointed by the bissap and the little Musette! 😉 The food is always excellent, served by a great team who are always full of energy! I highly recommend it!

28/08/2026: I love this restaurant, which I've known for almost 30 years. I've always had a wonderful meal there. Let yourself be surprised by following the chef's recommendations. Excellent Thai, Vietnamese, and Chinese cuisine. Lovely service.

09/10/2026: We stopped by chance. We loved the Manek pizza. What can I say? A thin crust topped with quality local ingredients, especially the cheese. I'm at a loss for words to describe the experience. As you can see, I switched from French to Spanish without even realizing it. In short: fantastic! I highly recommend it.

24/09/2026: Passing through the area, we stopped for dinner on Wednesday evening! The welcome was warm and the pizzas were good. The setting is cool, with the pedestrian street right in front. The owners are very friendly and attentive, simple and efficient. As a bonus, we even left with a small souvenir from the restaurant.

08/06/2026: The service and location were good. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist. The hotel is conveniently located near Disneyland, making it a great option if you're looking for accommodation close to the park. Unfortunately, there were several disappointing aspects of our stay. For a 4-star hotel, the condition of the rooms was unacceptable. They were not properly cleaned, and when we arrived, the room temperature was set to only 16°C according to the AC controller. Our children were freezing. The breakfast was also disappointing. We paid €22 per person, but the selection was very basic and far below what we would expect from a 4-star hotel. Another major issue was the smell in the room. After spending the day out, we returned to find a strong sewage-like odor. We had to keep the window open for several hours to get rid of the smell. Overall, the stay was okay, mainly because of the good location and friendly staff. However, considering the room condition, breakfast quality, and unpleasant odor, I do not believe this hotel offers the standard or value expected of a 4-star hotel.

28/05/2026: We left your hotel very satisfied. The location of the hotel is very close to Disneyland, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff were friendly, polite, and welcoming. The parking was free, the beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. There is also a bowling alley in the next building, where we had a great time as a family. We were happy with everything and truly enjoyed our stay. We will definitely come back again I would like to briefly share an experience I had with the hotel and how professionally the staff handled the situation. After returning home from my trip, I realized that I could not find my jewelry box. Tired from the journey, I contacted the hotel and mentioned that I was worried it might have been stolen. They responded very quickly and assured me that they would investigate and follow up immediately. A few hours later, I discovered that the jewelry box had not been lost at all — my daughter had placed it next to her toys. I felt very embarrassed and apologized to the staff right away. Please never doubt the hotel’s security. The staff are truly excellent, trustworthy, understanding, and incredibly helpful. I would like to thank them once again for their kindness and professionalism.
