The summer job worker replied, "Yes, so?" I told him I would need ice in all three glasses. He said, "Well, I don't have three hands," and laughed with his summer job colleague, who wasn't any better! The more time goes on, the more deplorable the employees' respect for customers becomes!

14/05/2026: A very pleasant evening at the Hôtel Restaurant L'Ermitage in Meudon. The dishes were excellent, beautifully presented, and the service was very enjoyable. The setting was warm and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing time.

19/04/2026: I stayed in room 126 from Sunday, April 12th to Tuesday, April 14th. Upon my arrival around 4:00 PM on Sunday, after a 5-hour drive, I checked into the hotel at reception. I was extremely disappointed by the receptionist's lack of professionalism and the receptionist's unprofessionalism. Furthermore, she asked me to pay €66 directly, an amount I disputed as unjustified. Having an appointment at 5:00 PM, I ultimately paid without any receipt. Upon my return around 6:30 PM, I asked her for a more detailed explanation of the €66 charge. She vaguely managed to justify the €39 charge, which included breakfast and two nights' parking that I had requested in addition to the room; a sum of €39 that is entirely justified. However, I don't understand the €5 and €6 supplements for the room, as my booking clearly stated that I would have to pay €0! The tourist tax of 2 x €8 seems excessive. The receptionist informed me that all my comments had been noted and that everything would be settled at check-out. But upon my departure, the receptionist told me he wasn't aware of the issue and couldn't do anything about it; he said he would pass it on to his manager. I wrote to the manager and haven't received a reply. Furthermore, the breakfast was really mediocre, and a simple "hello" from the receptionist would have been nice, but no, it's too complicated, apparently; yet it's the bare minimum of hospitality. "Thank you" (ironically) for the carton of water in the fridge and the heater that stayed permanently set to 24 degrees Celsius even though it was perfectly pleasant outside. For my return trip, I chose a different Best Western where I received a very warm welcome and was awarded 5 stars. Marc P.

02/03/2026: Passing through Toul, we chose to eat at Brasserie K, nestled on the former Kleber site. We weren't disappointed by the menu. Everything was delicious and refined, and the service was impeccable. A special mention to Marie, who brightened our day with her attentiveness and lovely smile.

20/01/2026: A truly unique restaurant in an industrial estate, located near the A31 motorway. A very warm welcome and a good menu du jour. They also provided an additional suggestion that sounded excellent. Definitely a place to remember if we're ever traveling through the area!

17/04/2026: The welcome was good, the setting was lovely, and the terrace inviting. However, my vegetarian dish consisted of two mushrooms topped with a slice of Maroilles cheese, surrounded by lamb's lettuce and three slices of cucumber. Vegetarian doesn't mean diet! Especially when this dish is the same price as the others made with meat or fish… very expensive. €20 for my mushroom medley (this isn't cooking), I'm having trouble digesting it 🤣 I decided not to have dessert. 🍮

09/05/2026: A pleasant restaurant, but there's a slight lack of polish in the dishes. The salmon gravlax was incredibly salty; I had a lot of trouble finishing it. Similarly, the foie gras was served in a nice, thick slice, pleasant, but too salty. The honey duck was decent, but the sauce was too thin, not thick enough. And unfortunately, a friend of mine got sick during the night. There's potential and some good ideas, but it's possible to do better! Above all, consider testing your dishes to refine the recipe. The back room is much nicer and more pleasant than the front room, and there needs to be a more harmonious feel to both.

01/05/2026: I order from you regularly. Today I ordered my usual Margherita pizza with one side without cheese. Today, when I ordered, they added €7 to my order for not putting cheese on one side of the pizza… I find it absurd to pay €7 more for one less ingredient.

10/04/2026: Hello. Order placed at 12:40 PM, and an hour later, still no pizza in sight. The delivery time was stated as 30 minutes. After numerous calls, we finally got through to someone, who was apologetic. We've passed the delivery time and still no delivery. In short, this demonstrates a lack of professionalism and respect for customers. I hope my review will make you more professional, or perhaps even cause you to lose sales.
