Furthermore, they can advise you on food and wine pairings. This allows you to sample a good number of wines without necessarily having to buy a whole bottle or glasses.

24/05/2026: What a shame… This establishment unfortunately bears little resemblance to the hotel I knew just a few years ago. The place has aged and is poorly maintained. While it still boasts a beautiful terrace, the view, which was its greatest charm, is now completely ruined by the beach restaurant located directly opposite… and belonging to the same hotel-restaurant. Yet I have been a regular at this establishment, both the hotel and the restaurant, for over 20 years. I was a regular and always enjoyed coming here. It is therefore with genuine disappointment that I observe this change. The soul and charm of the place have sadly vanished.

30/05/2026: Passing through the city, it was a pleasure to discover this restaurant. The service is impeccable. The €22 set menu (starter, main course, dessert) is simply incredible, especially considering the quality of the ingredients. The foie gras is excellent... This address is saved in my phone. I'm ready to make a detour to come back. I highly recommend it. Reservations are necessary to guarantee a table.

19/05/2026: The food isn't good for children, in my experience it's disgusting. I'd almost rather eat McDonald's.

05/07/2026: We made the reservation over the phone, asking if they spoke Spanish. Everything was fine, the crepes were very good, especially the sweet ones. They serve cold water without us having to ask...we did miss having a snack or something to go with the crepes, but everything was great. I had been there a few years ago, and we'll definitely be back. Oh, and they did give us a menu in Spanish, unlike some other reviews I've seen that didn't mention.

25/06/2026: I've eaten at Palanquin many times and I've never been disappointed. In addition to a warm welcome, the food is incredible. The service is very efficient and attentive. You can go there without hesitation. I highly recommend it.

I loved this restaurant nine years ago; I found my review, and now I'll go elsewhere. Best of luck to all the super friendly young people who work at this restaurant.

14/05/2026: A rather disappointing meal... Our reservation hadn't been taken correctly, but the waitress seated us quickly nonetheless. The pasta was very good, but the fries that came with the pizza were terrible. The ice cream was nothing special. We were made to wait 15 minutes for the fruit shake, supposedly to refill it with fruit. Fine, but after another 15 minutes, we were brought a different dessert, and when we insisted on the banana fruit shake, we were told they thought they had already brought it. In the end, after another 10-minute wait, the banana fruit shake smelled mostly of artificial banana, with just two measly banana slices on top. We couldn't finish it because the artificial banana flavor was so overpowering. The homemade iced tea was very similar to a glass of Oasis with exotic fruits. In the end, we waited a long time, as the servers seemed faster and more efficient when there were the most people online!
