30/08/2026: Passing through the region, we came from Auxerre to participate in the Uxeau Hill Climb 🏁🏎️ and had the pleasure of stopping at La Boucherie restaurant in Paray-le-Monial. We were treated like royalty! 👑 All the staff were fantastic: smiling, friendly, attentive, and very professional. A truly warm welcome that made our day! And as for the food… a real treat 😋🍽️! We had a wonderful time from start to finish. A big thank you to the whole team for your kindness and hospitality. If we're ever back in the area, we'll definitely be back! 25/08/2026: We went there on a Sunday at lunchtime... A very warm welcome. Lovely decor. Good location next to the village's Romanesque church. Inventive and delicious cuisine: We started with a homemade terrine and a Nitamago egg on celery cream. Then came Hungarian-style pork goulash and roasted Camembert with chorizo ​​and homemade fries. For dessert 🍨, a very light and delicious coffee tiramisu! A very good place.

30/09/2026: I received a warm welcome, the service was adequate, the starter buffet was decent, and the price was reasonable. However, I didn't like the tagliatelle Bolognese (the sauce was far too heavy onions).

05/07/2026: Avoid this tobacconist at all costs! I've been there twice and both times they've refused to give me a paysafecard. They tell customers who want to cash in their bets that the machine isn't working and they have to wait until Monday, with a blatant lie, while other tobacconists have everything working except for them... I'll never set foot in there again. It's a 20-minute drive each time and it's the same thing because the owner doesn't want to pay from his till. You might as well just remove the FDJ service from your shop.

21/07/2026: We had tuna with mango and carpaccio for starters. Both dishes were deliciously prepared and had a sublime taste. For main course we all had Cassolette with blood sausage and a piece of sirloin steak. It was really delicious too. For dessert we had creme brulee, sorbet ice cream and a dessert with a twist of tequila. All accompanied by local wine and even though you are sitting in the square off the main road, there is a wonderful atmosphere without having to think about the traffic passing by while you enjoy the meal. Thank you for another wonderful meal with us.

26/05/2026: I stayed here twice because I liked it so much. This place is a little old and run down, but it has a lot of charm. I just felt good there and had both times a room with view to the church. They are also very dog friendly!

20/08/2026: Lunch with our 2-year-old son today. The servers were lovely, smiling, and efficient. We were served very quickly and our meal was delicious. The children's menu included real chicken tenders instead of just nuggets, which made all the difference. The decor is very nice, with greenery; it has a pleasant atmosphere. We will gladly return.

29/09/2026: I hadn't ordered pasta cooked in oil. When we opened the dish, we discovered pasta swimming in grease. The slightest tilt of the container caused an alarming amount of oil to spill out. The result: an inedible dish, sickening from the very first bite. It's a shame, because the gratin looked promising, but the quality was clearly lacking. A huge disappointment.

15/08/2026: I don't recommend this restaurant; the cheese crust wasn't good. The daily special was decent. The water glasses were plastic, which is really disappointing for a restaurant with such high prices. It's a shame because the terrace is quite nice. Luckily, the service was good and friendly.
