As for the cook, he was a true professional: dinner was plentiful and delicious from start to finish. We slept in a comfortable bed and didn't hear a thing. It was a wonderful stay.

And drinking alcohol right next to us at the next table during service was extremely inappropriate. The cook leaning against the wall with his sunglasses on and arms crossed while we'd been waiting for our food for ages was completely unacceptable. The food was very mediocre. Avoid this place...

The presentation, freshness, and flavors were all world-class. Our host, Andrei, made the experience even more special with his kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Da Rossana is an absolute must-stop for anyone who appreciates amazing food and impeccable service. Easily one of the best dining experiences I’ve had — I can’t wait to come back!

19/06/2026: Come for the food! As others have mentioned, coffee isn’t their strong point. However they have great pastries and sandwiches, both for dine in and take away. The service is friendly and fast. Nice spot to hang out for a bit and right near the Machines. Came 2x during my weekend in Nantes.

19/06/2026: We spent a week in Nantes for a university project. We're Italian students, and since our dorm room is close to this bakery, they always came here for breakfast. I tried croissants, almond croissants, and madeleines. Everything was delicious; I think the best was the fantastic croissant. I tried both the ristretto and the regular espresso, but I think the ristretto was too ristretto. However, everything was very good, and I was especially curious about the savory food, which looked delicious, especially the baking and bread. It's nice that the baker cooks and bakes in full view. Beautiful and delicious. Keep up the good work!!!!

29/06/2026: La Roulotte used to be better. We were loyal customers for many years. Many of our evenings with friends were catered by La Roulotte, and we have wonderful memories of them. It is therefore with regret that we have noticed a gradual decline in service and, in our opinion, in the quality of the food. On several occasions, the delivery times advertised on the website were not met. With our last order, the delivery arrived almost an hour late, without explanation or apology. On other occasions, our orders arrived incomplete. Each time, we politely reported the problems, but we felt that our comments were being dismissed. One response in particular struck us: "I don't get any freebies, so I don't see why I should." If this statement truly reflects the establishment's mindset, it unfortunately does not make us want to return. What's even more regrettable is that we weren't occasional customers. Our orders regularly totaled at least €50, and despite this, we never received any compensation when mistakes were made, not even a simple apology. A little consideration would surely have been enough to maintain the relationship with such loyal customers. The quality of the products also seems to have declined over time. There used to be fewer choices, but the dishes seemed better. In our last few orders, we even found a piece of plastic in a dish, and another time, a hair. These incidents, combined with other problems we've encountered, have unfortunately caused us to lose confidence. By comparison, we recently placed a small order with G33 in L’Isle-d’Abeau. One item was missing. After contacting them, they immediately apologized and even offered us a free replacement. In our opinion, this is a truly unprofessional attitude. It's a real shame, because we were very fond of La Roulotte. We sincerely hope this review will be taken as constructive feedback and that the establishment will one day regain the quality of service for which it was renowned.
