06/03/2026: After hearing about it for so long, I finally took the plunge and honestly, I was really surprised. The dishes are a blend of gourmet and local cuisine, the ingredients are locally sourced, and the staff is incredibly attentive! I highly recommend it.

05/03/2026: The waiter is very personable and likeable, very efficient and interested in his customers. I’ve been to Salento 3 times now, and always have a pleasant experience. Now the food is of course what brings me back here, I love the sausage and cream pasta. It’s sophisticated, tastes like it’s a cream mixes with Wine which perfectly meshes with a sausage. It’s close to perfection for me. And that is why I give it a 5 star review.

Seated in armchairs arranged like low tables, the owner, as calm as his establishment, served us beautifully prepared dishes with bold and balanced local flavors, given a fresh twist! 15/02/2026: We love their simple, flavorful baked dishes. The hot and cold mixed antipasto is a must. The host is extremely friendly and always makes us feel at home. I recommend booking, especially on weekends.

18/03/2026: I just ate there... The Jjamppong is tastier than most Chinese restaurants in Korea. The sweet and sour pork for one is 11 euros, but the portion is SOOOOO huge. If you're craving Korean food in Paris, you absolutely have to go there. They don't even charge for water, and they serve kimchi for free... It's rare to find something without an extra charge, and the kimchi is delicious too.

22/03/2026: A fantastic dinner with both good food, good drinks and friendly service. A big plus that we were able to communicate in English as we did not understand the whole menu. The food was divine, well thought out and well prepared. We chose two starters and then the famous smoked meat, what a magical taste sensation!! A wine menu beyond the ordinary and everyone can find "their" dream wine. Everything was professional, familiar and wholehearted ❤️ Book a table, because it quickly gets packed with guests.

It's impossible not to find something to enjoy, whether it's an aperitif or a beautifully presented meal, in a cozy setting where time seems to stand still in the gentle atmosphere created by the radiant owner, Karine Arnaud, and her team. As for the dynamic chef, Eric Arnaud, he delights us with his magnificent dishes, each with its own elegant presentation and flavors that transport us back to a time when people took the time to create rich, flavorful sauces, not to mention the expertly crafted sauces that whisk us away to a paradise of fine food and the good life. It's thanks to them that life sparkles in Place Ducale. A must-try!
