30/01/2026: An absolutely wonderful experience at La Table d’Uzès. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by a fantastic team, exceptionally kind and professional. Every thoughtful touch, every detail contributed to making this meal a unique and unforgettable moment. Being lactose and gluten intolerant, I was a little apprehensive about the experience, but what a pleasant surprise! I enjoyed it just as much as my husband. My dishes were equally beautiful, refined, and delicious, and I was able to fully appreciate the tastes, flavors, and creativity of each dish, without ever feeling left out. The cuisine is as elegant as it is generous, and the chef's talent shines through in every plate. A huge congratulations to the entire team for this impeccable welcome, their kindness, and the passion that is evident from beginning to end. It's great to watch the chef prepare the food in front of you, but at the same time, it's very unpleasant: oil splatters everywhere, especially for those seated near the stove, and consequently, there's a strong smell of grease when you leave. Some people were given aprons; it's not offered to everyone, which is a shame. I'd go back because the food is good, but I'd prefer to stay away from the stoves...
