04/10/2026: Excellent linguine frutti di mare! The seafood was incredibly fresh and delicious. Both my guest and I gave it a thumbs-up. This was definitely the best seafood pasta I enjoyed during TFWA week this year.
Excellent value for the quality, with a very reasonable price. I would definitely love to return when I’m back in 2027.

30/08/2026: The food was excellent, but the portions were rather small. The churros were cold, and the sauce was awful. The service was disastrous, and at the end, they charged us for three desserts when we had only ordered two.

The food is high quality and the portions are flexible, the service is quick, and the wine is good!
(Be careful with the Mezqual, it packs a punch.)

27/09/2026: A restaurant offering good value for money, but which could stand out by improving its service (only one competent waiter who bustles around trying to do everything), the decor is a bit dated and dusty, and the cuisine is creative but could be enhanced with more attention to preparation, presentation, and ingredient quality. A few fresh and colorful vegetables would be a welcome addition. Overall, a good experience.

Delicious menu with gluten-free options available. A delicious gluten-free baguette can also be ordered.
Tastefully decorated hotel room with very comfortable bedding and a warm welcome. The breakfast is delicious.
27/09/2026: I cannot say enough good things about our experience as guests at Le Saint Hubert Hotel for four nights. We ate dinner at the restaurant one night and enjoyed breakfast in the morning with an amazing view of the valley from the dining room. The owners and staff were terrific and went out of their way to make our stay amazing. The bar/cafe is also a great place to have a morning coffee or to enjoy a drink in the afternoon or before dinner. Heartily recommend the hotel and the restaurant.
