22/09/2026: This could be a really lovely restaurant but breakfast was more chaotic & traumatic than facing the horde of crowds in the parks!! The poor staff were trying their utmost to keep a level of order amongst the disarray of rude & selfish guests pushing & shoving their way to the buffet, as if we're in some sort of apocalpyse! We literally had to steel ourselevs just to leave our table! If we return, we'll be getting breakfast at McDonald's in the village. There was plenty of choice & variety of food to suit everyone.

28/09/2026: A disastrous experience from start to finish! We arrived at 1 p.m. on Sunday. By 1:45 p.m., we still hadn't seen a single server at our table. Even when we raised our hands to try and get their attention, no one came. I finally had to get up and flag down a server so someone would finally take our order. At 2 p.m., still nothing… So I was forced to go directly to the manager to report the situation. Our cocktails were then brought to us, but of the three we ordered, two weren't the ones we had asked for. And that was just the beginning… The desserts arrived before the main courses: a real joke, even the server didn't believe it! Then the adults' meals arrived before the children's, who, after such a long wait, were obviously exhausted. To top it all off, there was a mistake on my son's pizza: it contained goat cheese, which he hates. After all that waiting, having to correct my order again was truly the last straw. When it came time for dessert, I also had to change my choice because they were out of stock. And when it came time to pay, given all these inconveniences, I asked for a gesture of goodwill. Despite everything that had just happened, no such gesture was offered. We have rarely had such a disastrous experience at a restaurant. Between the interminable wait, the lack of service, the order errors, the dishes served out of order, the problem with my son's meal, and the complete absence of any compensation, nothing was right. We will obviously never return to this Del Arte. What a disgrace for a chain of this size.

15/09/2026: I'm very disappointed. My family and I have been coming to this restaurant for about ten years, and it's always been perfect. There's a new manager, and he's not at all customer-oriented. I came for my birthday, and I had a text message saying I had a charcuterie board that was open, as it is every year. Despite this message, the manager didn't do anything because he couldn't find it on my loyalty card. He went to sit at a table and work on his computer next to us during our meal. I'm very disappointed by this change in management. It's a shame to lose a loyal customer of 10 years over a right she had, which was confirmed by a text message. The manager made absolutely no effort; I find that really unprofessional. What a shame.

26/08/2026: The food was very mediocre. The placemats were dirty. Avoid the burgers; the ground beef is worse than McDonald's—it's so thin you could practically fax it, and judging by the taste, I don't know if there's any beef in it. Avoid this place.

03/08/2026: Excellent! We chose the set menu (starter/main/dessert) for €26. Everything was delicious and the portion was generous. The service was quick. A great place in the Chartrons district.

18/07/2026: A great place in the center of a beautiful little square in the Chartron neighborhood of Bordeaux. Good traditional food, fast service.

30/09/2026: Fresh food and a very warm welcome, very reasonable prices for the quality, lots of homemade dishes. A highly recommended address in Agen.

08/08/2026: For my first experience on August 8, 2026, I really enjoyed it. Not too crowded. You feel like you're stepping into the Orient and you quickly disconnect. Soothing atmosphere. The Iranian tea and saffron ice cream were very good and fragrant. I'll be back.
