02/10/2026: I come here often; I love the place, the delightful smell of freshly baked bread, and the always friendly service and welcome. However, I'm giving it 3 stars because for several months now, most of the loaves I buy have been riddled with holes (or practically empty 😬)... And since the slicer doesn't work very well, we end up with slices of bread that tear apart and look like nothing... I bought a Nordic loaf today, and one slice I'm holding is about 40% empty space with a crust that's half torn off because it's stuck to its poorly cut counterpart... I'll still come back with pleasure, but I'm perplexed.

01/10/2026: As a local resident, I occasionally stop by. This morning, I walked in early and saw some wonderfully warm chocolate croissants displayed at the back of the counter for all to see. I decided to order one. To my surprise, the woman went to the back of the bakery to bring me a chocolate croissant I hadn't seen. I gave her the benefit of the doubt; perhaps it was just as warm and golden brown. €1.40 for a completely cold, extremely greasy chocolate croissant that was surely several hours old, if not from the day before. This woman decided, probably based on my appearance, that the only chocolate croissant I would be served was an unsold one from the back of the shop, despite the generous quantity of chocolate croissants displayed at the front. There are much better bakeries with far better quality and service, all for less money. I will never go back; I'm ashamed to say this is my neighborhood bakery.

09/09/2026: I needed a quick bite before a concert nearby and passed this little pizzeria. Good choice of veggie options, I had slices of the aubergine and the truffle. The base was super crunchy, the toppings simple but excellent and tasty. Will definitely stop by again.

06/09/2026: I ordered in person. The service was incredibly friendly and cheerful. The salad wrap was delicious. I can't understand the negative reviews. I also didn't notice anything negative regarding hygiene. On the contrary, they washed their hands at every opportunity. I thought it was exemplary.

06/08/2026: My favorite kebab place for over 10 years. Always a fresh display case. Sometimes it takes a while when there are a lot of orders, but cooking is an art and patience is key. Ulker is still the best.

09/07/2026: It's such a shame that pizza vending machines have such a bad reputation, when there are plenty of them filled with fresh, generously topped, and artisanal pizzas! Despite the payment terminal overheating, the manager was able to come and fix the machine, and he was very friendly too!

29/06/2026: We wanted to try it based on the reviews. It just goes to show, everyone has their own tastes... The pastry was indeed very good, but the filling was very bland, tasteless; we were disappointed.

20/06/2026: I just took a kokedama class, it was really fascinating, the teacher was very kind, but I didn't understand why some participants left the class 25 minutes before it ended? The teacher gave us tips on how to make them at home, and I would have liked to have more of that and benefit from her experience. In any case, it made me want to take other workshops at this place where I used to practice calligraphy a long time ago.

06/09/2026: Bar near the train station. A "Provençal" atmosphere, complete with an accent! Simple, home-style cooking. Pleasant terrace. Friendly welcome.

29/08/2026: We stopped for a coffee; the bar is very cute and welcoming, sitting under a beautiful plane tree. The owner, Ines, is very friendly and kind and made us feel welcome right away. It was a great experience; we'll definitely be back!

20/09/2026: The best pastry shop in Dunkirk, with the option to eat in. 'Les Doigts de Jean Bart' and 'Les Manchons' are their specialties. Positive point: they use fish gelatin in their pastries. September 2026 Update: Disappointment! Where has the standard of Les Doigts de Jean Bart gone? The staff didn't greet us and didn't even respond to our greeting, even though we had greeted the team cheerfully. When I had the misfortune to point this out, the person denied it and lied to me, clearly more concerned with cleaning up than attending to customers. We used to go there regularly. It's a real shame to see the staff lose their friendliness and, above all, their politeness. So we left without ordering anything, because there's no way we're giving our money to an establishment that lacks basic manners.

08/09/2026: Friendly staff, roadside atmosphere (though it lacked background music), unfortunately the ingredients were poor quality, which was evident in every dish, even though they were different. The fries and burger were just awful, worse than the pizzas and salad, and even the ice cream for dessert was grainy. A very disappointing and disappointing dining experience.

04/09/2026: Passing through the area, I stopped for a drink, but the unpleasant waitress (a tall blonde) brought me the wrong drink and literally told me: "If you're not happy, we'll invite you to go out with her friend, a tall, burly man who laughs and isn't very attractive." A shame.

08/08/2026: During a stop on our bike ride from Paris to Mont Saint-Michel, we were lucky enough to not only eat incredibly well, but also to receive a wonderful welcome from a young, passionate, and energetic waiter. Thank you to the whole team!

22/09/2026: An excellent place in Perpignan! The meat is truly delicious, perfectly cooked, and plentiful; the ingredients are fresh, and the portions are very generous. The welcome is warm, the service is quick, and the staff is always friendly. You eat very well for a reasonable price. A sure bet for a good kebab! I highly recommend it ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

13/09/2026: Extremely disappointed, I ordered a two-meat taco and was served a tiny thing that was smaller than my hand; I understand it's a two-meat taco, but that's ridiculous, I paid €8.50 and in the end, I wasn't even full and I went to sleep on an empty stomach.

23/07/2026: I hadn't tried it before, and it was very good. A very generous and tasty mixed grill. Overall, I'd give it an 8.5/10. I recommend it.
