28/03/2026: There were 11 adults and 1 baby in our party, and we had an absolutely perfect time at Les Marmottes restaurant in La Toussuire. From the moment we arrived, everything ran smoothly despite the size of our group, which was a huge plus. The service was simply incredible from beginning to end. A big thank you to the waiter who looked after us: professional, attentive, super friendly, and always smiling. He truly contributed to making our evening even more enjoyable. As for the food, there's nothing to complain about: everyone at the table loved their meal. The portions are generous, the ingredients are high quality, and the dishes are truly delicious. It's the kind of place where no one regrets their choice, and where everyone tries what's on their neighbor's plate 😉 Our friend who is gluten-free was also happy to find something to enjoy on the menu! In short, a flawless experience, and unanimous praise from everyone at the table! We'll definitely be back 👌

12/07/2026: A terrible experience. The haughty waitress who greeted us has no business being in a customer-facing position. She asked us to leave rather than offer us an alternative table. The restaurant was practically empty. After dining at a nearby restaurant, we returned to find that the reserved tables were also empty. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

05/07/2026: Worst McDonald's of my life. The potatoes were as hard as coal, the 280 bun looked like it was a week old, and don't even get me started on the meat. It's better to starve to death.

05/07/2026: I ordered a regular meal and found an insect in my drink (a Sprite); it's really disgusting. Please check your food carefully. I get the impression that this place lacks hygiene. It's unprofessional.

05/04/2026: Pleasantly surprised! Good daily special for €19 and draft beer for €5. Terrace overlooking the mountain range. As a native of the valley, I know that mountain restaurants don't have a very positive reputation. But this place was good and reasonably priced, so I recommend it!

30/03/2026: Very expensive, average (at best) food, slow and fairly grumpy service. Burger was ok, but not for €26, tartiflette also ok but again, only average and poor for the price, salads were really bad, probably worst Cesar salad I've ever had and for €21! Reckon the paltry ingredients cost less than €1. Nice views.

18/05/2026: Honestly, a fantastic discovery! The service is top-notch; the team is welcoming, friendly, and attentive from start to finish. The restaurant's atmosphere is truly incredible; you immediately feel at ease, whether you're there for a quiet evening or with friends. The dishes may be classic, but they are truly delicious and, above all, very generous—you leave feeling more than satisfied. The ingredients are high-quality, everything is beautifully presented, and the prices are reasonable considering the quantity and service offered. It's the kind of place you want to return to because the experience was so enjoyable. I highly recommend it!

26/06/2026: We ordered the wood-fired tacos, and were very disappointed. They tasted like they were pre-made; the fries inside were dry and tasted bad. They were supposed to have shakshuka, but there wasn't any, and they were burnt on top. First and last order!

24/06/2026: The taco was very dry, with almost no sauce. I had to drink several times to be able to eat it, and I almost choked. Very disappointing.

22/04/2026: A wonderful dinner at Sancerre. Anne-Cécile and her team were incredibly attentive. Generous and delicious dishes. A superb wine list with excellent pairing recommendations. We'll be back!

14/02/2026: Having come to try Chef Eric Lecerf's famous stuffed cabbage again, I ended up being tempted by Senator Couteaux's hare à la royale. Anne-Cécile Faye's charm was truly at work, and to great effect! To balance things out, I was served crabmeat, avocado, and pomegranate as a starter: it made me feel much less guilty. And to finish, I was kindly steered towards a homemade dessert, and at that point, several experiences swirled in my memory: pear clafoutis, Parisian flan? It doesn't really matter; in any case, it was always absolutely delicious. And of course, one of the best white Sancerre wines on the menu—before Taylor Swift fans snapped it all up in this neighborhood dangerously close to the Eiffel Tower!

28/02/2026: A wonderful memory of this stopover in the heart of the small village of Chavignol. The hotel is opposite a producer of Crottin de Chavignol cheese, a family who also produces very high-quality Sancerre and Pouilly wines (their estate is not far from the hotel). The hotel is charming, and finally: A fantastic tasting menu at the restaurant, which I chose to pair with wines from the Bourgeois family (high-end wines, including glasses of wine that sell for over €40 a bottle at the estate). The entire tasting menu was served for €40 – a real bargain, don't hesitate! The restaurant also has a very lovely decor. I will definitely return.

28/02/2026: Quiet hotel, attentive staff, impeccable service. The room and bathroom were very clean and spacious. Breakfast was excellent, with delicious local products. Thank you to Véronique for her warm welcome, helpfulness, and excellent advice; congratulations on her professionalism! As for the restaurant, the service was perfect, and the meal was delicious. Congratulations to the chef! We recommend this hotel without hesitation.
