23/09/2026: A positive development since last year. Efficient welcome and service. Generous and delicious ice cream! Even the small terrace has new furniture, perfect for a refreshing and tasty break in the city center. Prices are up, like everywhere else these days! €4 for a scoop in a cone

20/09/2026: The ice cream is very good, but it's a shame they don't serve it with a spatula anymore like in Saint-Tropez. I think a small scoop is overpriced; I prefer going to Barbarac Saint-Tropez or Sainte-Maxime. I don't go to Saint-Raphaël anymore.

26/08/2026: We came across this hidden gem during our adventures around old town Nice. The food was fantastic and the service was great.

19/08/2026: We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance and had no idea it is Portuguese (the name is very neutral). It was almost empty when we took our place here, but soon all the tables were taken. Our food was OK. The sardines were pretty good! My daughter ordered pasta :) It was very good, but the portion was huge :) There was only one waitress, who was looking a little bit strange and speaking no English (we were OK with that). I was wondering if appearance of employees is not that important for French cafes? So she was running back and forth , trying to please everyone. In general we enjoyed our evening here, especially that we learned that this place has a long history and was quite popular.

23/08/2026: As a resident of this neighborhood, we've noticed a decline in quality across all the bakeries, and unfortunately, Utopie is no exception, with prices that are very high. The taste and freshness of the products are no longer there. It's very crowded, with very few locals, which is a clear indication of the drop in quality. I now prefer to walk further to another, much more authentic bakery.

29/08/2026: Amazing place with a pool, lawn, ping-pong tables, and pétanque! The food is excellent, and a huge plus, of course, is the incredibly friendly service (seriously, I promise I don't know them!). We come regularly and love it for a little holiday escape of a few hours <3

13/10/2026: A wonderful experience at L’Inattendu! The prawn pasta was delicious, and the octopus salad, which my mother chose, was equally tasty. A big thank you also to the waiter for his infectious smile and warm welcome, which made the experience even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this restaurant! 😊

01/05/2026: We had a wonderful time at the Vieux Chalet, the fondue was excellent.

22/04/2026: A very nice restaurant, the starters are very good (egg trio, reblochon croquettes), and the specialties such as the fondue are also very good! The waiter is very pleasant and professional.

21/07/2026: Fed up! As a long-time customer, and contrary to the positive reviews, I feel compelled to leave a much less complimentary one. If you need absolutely nothing, don't hesitate to go to this store. The shelves are empty. Prices are poorly displayed (or not displayed at all, or not in the right place). The fish counter opens whenever it feels like it, and the butcher's counter has very questionable meat on the shelves. They're out of eggs daily, no more ground beef, the freezer drawer is empty, in short... Luckily, Leclerc and Lidl aren't too far away... Update from July 2026: nothing has changed, and on the contrary, it's getting worse... Still no fish counter on Tuesdays and no butcher's counter on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons... not to mention the meat that looks more than questionable on the shelves... staff shortage, management strategy?!?... In short, if you're looking for service or quality, go to Grand Frais, just 500 meters away. It might be a little more expensive, but at least they provide good service...

04/07/2026: I bought extra school supplies. I had just bought large glue sticks that same day, but I wanted to return them because I had found them cheaper elsewhere. At the customer service desk, I was told I couldn't get a refund, that I would receive a store credit instead. I expressed my surprise, and they kindly explained that this was the current policy. Carrefour no longer offers refunds? I don't understand. The terms and conditions don't mention this. Is this legal?

26/09/2026: The ice cream was very good quality, as usual. However, this is the second time the waitresses have been unfriendly, and to top it off, at 6:30 pm they were out of milkshakes because the machine had already been cleaned for closing time at 7 pm. What a shame to travel so far to eat Lopez ice cream in these conditions…

20/09/2026: Sure, your ice creams are good, but that's no reason (in addition to the prices charged) to be so unpleasant and unsmiling on a Sunday in the Royan shop.

27/07/2026: The restaurant was absolutely incredible. We went there after a recommendation and were not disappointed. On the contrary, we had high expectations that were actually exceeded. The mussels cooked in wine were more than we have ever had and probably the best we have ever eaten in our lives. All this at very reasonable prices. The owner and staff were all very nice. We highly recommend eating here!

26/07/2026: We had a wonderful time at the restaurant the day before yesterday. A huge thank you to Mongi for his warm welcome, his smile, his kindness, and his attentiveness throughout the meal. He gave us excellent advice on the dishes, although the wait was a little long, which is understandable as there were only two servers for the entire restaurant. Special mention goes to the mussels in cream sauce – they were excellent! One small negative point that made us feel very uncomfortable: we were shocked to see a new server arrive and put pressure on our server, speaking disrespectfully in front of us. Despite this, Mongi remained calm and professional. Well done for his composure and professionalism. A true server, the kind we wish we saw more often! We will definitely be back!

03/10/2026: Delicious sandwich, and what can I say about the dessert?! Special mention to Svetlana and Erica, they were lovely! This will be our go-to place from now on, every time we're in town 😊

30/09/2026: It's a shame you have to pay an extra €5 for 10 minutes of airport parking 😴

10/09/2026: Average restaurant, pizza too juicy, good dough but average toppings. Tomato sauce needs improvement.

05/10/2026: While passing through Barbezieux, we ate at this restaurant and thoroughly enjoyed our meal. We ordered the porcini mushroom omelet, which was very generous and served with salad and potatoes. We will gladly return.

27/09/2026: Everything was delicious! There was no long wait.

13/08/2026: It's a shame we can't give 0 out of 5! We waited an hour and a half for a meal that was nothing special, and to top it off, the waitress was incompetent (refused to serve our order multiple times). The waitress was quite unpleasant; I really don't recommend it.
