03/10/2026: I came to your restaurant to eat a pizza, and I must say I'm very disappointed with the experience. First, I asked if it was possible to sit on the terrace. I was told no, because you were closing soon, even though it was around 1:30 or 2:00 PM. So I decided to order a takeaway pizza. A few moments later, another customer arrived and asked to sit on the terrace… and strangely enough, for her, it was possible. It's hard to understand this difference in treatment. Regarding the preparation, I was also quite perplexed by the apparent condition of the very old gentleman who was preparing the pizzas—he even had snot in his nose—as well as the appearance of the ingredients, the freshness of which I obviously couldn't verify. I preferred not to judge by appearances and to give the establishment a chance. Finally, the woman there, who was the pizza maker's wife, started raising her voice at my godson because he was speaking a little too loudly. I didn't say anything at the time, we paid, and left. Unfortunately, a few hours after the meal, my godson had diarrhea, and I myself suffered from severe stomach pains. I can't say for sure that it was related to the pizza, but this coincidence, combined with the rest of the experience, leaves me with a very bad memory. I had seen good reviews about this establishment, which had made me want to go. Honestly, between the reception, the difference in treatment, and my concerns about hygiene, I left very disappointed. An experience that doesn't make me want to return.

29/09/2026: Superb location. The Saône River is just a few meters away. You can arrive by boat, by bike (blue and green routes), or on foot. Large free parking lot is also available by car. A perfect break.

13/08/2026: A lovely little evening, a friendly atmosphere, and the manager was smiling and pleasant. My frog leg dish was excellent, and the escabeuf was very good. We highly recommend it.

19/10/2026: Very disappointed. The couscous wasn't great, and no drinks (like a carafe of wine) were served, except for cocktails which were served with the main course. We were very disappointed compared to what we had been told.

26/09/2026: A very bad experience. The price is completely disproportionate to the service. We waited 35 minutes for our food, then another 30 minutes before it was cleared. And in between? No customer service whatsoever. We clearly felt forgotten. The problem is that at this price point, you expect a minimum level of quality and service. Here, you already have to pay a lot for the main courses, then add another €5 to €9 for a side dish. A seared tuna at €24 that arrived practically raw, with so much sesame that you could barely find the tuna on the plate… it's hard to justify the price. The meat dishes were served without any real sauce, just with a "meat jus." The presentation was also very disappointing for such prices. Special mention goes to the side dish concept: vegetables are more expensive than fries and potatoes. For a restaurant that already charges these prices, it's quite hard to understand. And to top it all off, comfort is definitely lacking: high chairs without backs and uncomfortable tables—not exactly what you expect when you're paying a hefty bill. In short: an interminable wait, nonexistent service, disappointing food, presentation that needs improvement, and bills that quickly escalate. At these prices, you don't expect the moon: you simply expect the quality, the food, and the service to match the price. Here, that was clearly not the case.

25/09/2026: The service was far too slow; waiting over 20 minutes to order is simply unacceptable, and then another 20 minutes to get the food. It's a shame because the atmosphere was great.

25/08/2026: We had a delicious meal here last night; there was a small misunderstanding regarding the food, but it was resolved very nicely. The staff were friendly, and perhaps the best part was the food. We really enjoyed it and would fly all the way back from the Netherlands just for this restaurant to taste it again.

16/08/2026: I've been eating at this restaurant for 10 years now, for the delicious, excellent beef flambéed with choum wine – a pure delight! I highly recommend it; the value for money is unbeatable. Go for it!

09/09/2026: A good, casual restaurant. The staff are very friendly, even though they're constantly running between the kitchen and the dining room... the dishes are very good with a nice personal touch that's much appreciated. (It's not a traditional appetizer buffet.) We'll be back!

13/09/2026: Late Saturday evening, thanks to Axel, we were served quickly. The bar is quiet and the beers are excellent! The restrooms are also spotless (very important). Thanks for a great end to the evening!!

15/09/2026: First time here today (15), and yet we were welcomed like regulars by the manager. The portions were generous, the gourmet coffee exceptional, and the bill very reasonable. We recommend this establishment for the quality of the meal and the friendliness of all the staff.

13/09/2026: A wonderful discovery. I had dinner at Malala's last night and had a fantastic time. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing, perfect for enjoying a meal. The salmon pizza was outstanding, flavorful, and very well made. My only minor complaints were that the sauce wasn't as spicy as I expected, I didn't taste the chili, and there were a few mosquitoes. Despite these small details, the experience was still excellent. I highly recommend it.

11/08/2026: It's a shame there were no vegetarian or tofu dishes on offer, which is not uncommon in Vietnam.

21/08/2026: The welcome was very friendly; the gentleman was extremely kind, and the meals were very good. However, the lack of cleanliness is truly unfortunate and quite significant. There were many cobwebs, particularly on some of the chairs, accumulated dust, and crumbs on the chair edges. There were also crumbs on the floor, even when no one was in the restaurant. The windows were also quite dirty, with what appeared to be animal droppings. It's a real shame because the welcome was pleasant and the food was good, but this lack of upkeep unfortunately discourages us from returning.
