27/01/2026: With great location just next to the river Saône in Lyon. As an asian who uses to have the taste of Ramen, I would say that all food are fresh and well prepared. However, if you use to have Ramen in Asia, with standard of gourmet demander, I strongly suggest not trying it as it is totally different from those great Japanese Ramen chains and you will be really disappointed. On the other hand, their Gyoza with Saint-Jacques et encornets are delicious especially compared to Gyoza with Pork. If you were there, really have to give it a try. In terms of service, all staffs are super friendly. Very Japanese style service. However, those who took orders are not as professional as in a restaurant as they don't take the order by persons who entered the store first and they missed served our order until we reminded them. Overall, it is a nice experience but I don't think that I will re-visit it again as the Ramen doesn't reach my expectation. However, it is still good for those who like to try fresh-made Japanese ramen in Lyon.

17/07/2026: We went through the drive-thru today, and I wanted to highlight the excellent service Paul provided. He took care of our order and looked after us while we waited, with great interpersonal skills. He was very relaxed, smiling, friendly, and genuinely pleasant. It's so rare to encounter someone so attentive and down-to-earth that it deserves to be mentioned. Thank you to him for his professionalism and good humor; it made our drive-thru experience very enjoyable!

28/05/2026: We spent three nights in this very well-located hotel, just steps from the sea and the city center. It was very clean, with excellent soundproofing between rooms. The management and staff were very friendly and attentive to their guests. The rooms are not air-conditioned, but you can request a fan. We would gladly return.

24/05/2026: It is our 4th time in La Baule, we love the region. :) The location is a plus. Unfortunately, the parking lot cannot accommodate 15 cars as I read in another review; we were lucky enough to be able to park for two days, for the remaining 5 we had to pay for street parking. We chose this hotel for the parking to ensure a safe stay. The villas are beautiful but unfortunately very poorly insulated (our previous hotels were also Art Deco buildings but better insulated); we could hear the neighbors switching the buttons on and off... A major downside for us was that there was no air conditioning... it was so hot at night. Positive: very friendly management, good location...

25/05/2026: This restaurant is frequented mainly by people who work in the surrounding businesses. They always have a daily special and an à la carte menu. The staff is always very friendly and efficient. The food arrives quickly. The food is quite good.

18/07/2026: The fries were delicious and flavorful, and the staff were very friendly and helpful, serving the potato sticks quickly and efficiently. However, the "Hannibal" sauce had a flavor I'm not used to in other sauces; it was good, but not what I expected. Finally, the prices are reasonable. It's a shame you can't eat around the lake because of the private properties surrounding the restaurant and bordering the lake's edge. In short, I recommend this chip shop.

24/11/2025: A lovely place to discover, with a friendly young owner from Franche-Comté, quality cuisine, excellent wines, and delicious homemade cheeses and desserts. A beautiful terrace in the summer, in a small village with a priory and a charming, timeless garden that's definitely worth a visit.

23/11/2025: As a long-time customer of Père Chaussy, I have tried the Agapons several times. I am not criticizing the work, unfortunately this is the last time, it no longer meets my expectations.

24/06/2026: Super little place, they literally go out of their way for you. Ample parking space opposite the restaurant. Fresh buffet to start, a full plate as the main course. Definitely coming back!

03/05/2026: Out of curiosity, I returned to Xav's after many years and was delighted to see this establishment again, which has retained its authentic charm. The pizza had a thin crust but was surprisingly generous, and the dessert was very generous: two scoops of ice cream and whipped cream served in a seashell.

15/04/2026: The chef-owner is friendly, and so is the young waitress. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly, like being in the countryside, which is exactly what we love when we're traveling. The prices are very reasonable, with, for example, a very generous portion of vanilla ice cream with whipped cream and chestnut cream, perfect for sharing between two people.
