18/07/2026: Thank you to Nil, the young receptionist this morning, for his warm welcome and smile. It was lovely to end our stay on such a high note. The room was decent and clean, and the breakfast was very good. Thank you for a wonderful time at Campanile.

17/12/2025: My mother and I have been customers for a very long time. The team is lovely and very attentive. Chloé was able to adapt some of the usual deli recipes to our vegetarian diet, which made our day. This business deserves to thrive!

10/05/2026: Introduction to golf this morning in Riom and a very nice discovery! The view of the Puy-de-Dôme, the calm, the guidance of "Georges" and the satisfaction of succeeding in a shot... it was a great moment with the family.

17/02/2026: I bought the wings, they weren't cooked inside, the service was awful. I asked for the sauces and they told me to go to the shop next door and get my own. I give it a 0, really very disappointed.

21/10/2025: For my 50th birthday, we hired Saveurs d'autrefois. We weren't disappointed, and neither were our guests. From the cocktails to the coffee, everything was perfect. The team listens to your requests and doesn't hesitate to offer ideas based on their experience. Thank you to them for this superb performance, which made our evening exceptional.

21/01/2026: Very disappointed. We bought scratch cards, we won… and when we went back, they either didn't have any money or they told us to get lost, saying, "Go to the Chinese shop in Milly." Unfriendly staff, I don't recommend it.

06/07/2026: Avoid this hotel, esp if you need good internet access and mobility. There are other ibis hotels in Bordeaux or other hotels that offer better value and better management than this. They have terrible (often no) internet connection.For days! Many other guests complaint about. but the management did not put any efforts to redress this. They put the burden to facing the complaints from the guests to the staffs, and the staffs just say sorry and shrug their shoulder. There is no redress mechanism from the management. They have 2 elevators but they only activate one, which means it takes long time to get up/down floors. I'm not sure what they trying to get. Saving money and making guests frustrated? Internet and elevator are two important service for guests. They should put these two in their website: if I knew this, I won't stay in this hotel. And I'm sure no other guess that i've met during my stay and complained with the same issue would too!

08/11/2025: Bravo to the chefs and staff for their unfailing kindness. Thank you for the wonderful time I spent on my birthday. It was a truly touching moment as I was treated to a gourmet coffee with a candle and a song! I was deeply moved. The food is excellent, and we will gladly return, as we have every time we visit.

30/06/2026: I think it's expensive for what it is. The raspberry tartlet was tasteless, the lemon tartlet's meringue was too sweet, but the cream was good and the flan had a strange texture. I'm still looking for the taste of seeds in the multigrain baguette.

20/06/2026: I really love this place; they offer excellent products! This lunchtime, I enjoyed the Mediterranean sandwich... A real treat! Well done to the whole team! 😁
