24/09/2026: The place was meh. First of all, the service is below average. The bartender didn't want to allow us to sit inside if we are going only to drink. Then he complained multiple times that it is difficult for him to make flights because he needs to pour 4-5 times in a small glasses. Strange, what is the point to have it highlighted in the menu of the microbrewery? House beers are pretty average but amber beer was defected with DMS (Dimethyl Sulfide). Either it was bacterial infection or they didn't boil it enough. Food was ok, not great, not terrible. The vibe of the place is something between English pub and German tavern.

24/09/2026: I went with my wife for lunch on 21st September. First shock I received when they said to me no card.So, I have to go to ATM nearby and take out cash. There was another customer who also came with me for cash withdrawal. Socca was very good. Pizza and Pissaladiere were awful.It was cold and smelling. Dessert we ordered swiss chard pie and lemon pie. Both were horrible.

11/08/2026: Walked in smiling, said “Bonjour”, waited 20-30 minutes and wasn’t even served a menu. There were little to no customers - just a few locals outside drinking. Found a much better place around the corner called “Brasserie Celine” and ended forged a lasting friendship with the owner. I should thank them for finding amazing food and hospitality elsewhere. :)

09/06/2026: We have visited Courchevel many times over the years, and after countless incredible experiences in this magical ski town, we can say without hesitation that Les Arielles has set a standard that surpasses every hotel we have ever stayed at, anywhere in the world. This was, simply put, the greatest hotel stay of our lives. Breakfast deserves its own standing ovation. The spread, the quality, the presentation, and the warmth with which it is served made every single morning feel like a special occasion. The ski room is an absolute dream and one of the most thoughtfully curated spaces we have ever encountered at a mountain property. The amenities provided there are so sweet and so well considered, catering to every need before, during, and after a day on the slopes. The attention to detail reflects a genuine understanding of what skiers actually want and need. The spa and pool are nothing short of extraordinary. Whether winding down after a full day on the mountain or treating yourself to a slow, indulgent afternoon, both spaces deliver a truly world-class experience. Every visit felt restorative and luxurious in equal measure. The staff, across every single touchpoint, were exceptional. From the team in the ski room to the wonderful people working in the gift shop, every interaction was warm, genuine, and deeply memorable. The entire staff carried an energy that made us feel genuinely cared for from the moment we arrived to the moment we checked out. The in-room experience was unbelievable. Every single day of our stay, the hotel surprised us with incredible gifts left in our room. It felt less like a hotel stay and more like being hosted by someone who truly wanted to delight you at every turn. On top of that, the minibar was exceptional, stocked beautifully and thoughtfully, a real treat to come back to after a day on the slopes. And the views from our room were absolutely breathtaking, the kind of mountain panorama that stops you in your tracks every single time you look up. The kids club and cinema round out an offering that truly has everything. Families are so well catered to here, and the cinema amenities are just another example of how Arielles thinks of absolutely everything. The location is magnificent. Perfectly positioned, with everything you could want right at your fingertips. Les Arielles Courchevel is our favorite hotel of all time, and we cannot wait to return this winter.

27/09/2026: September 27, 2026. When we asked if we could get a table for 11 people for coffee and snacks, we were met with eye rolls. Reluctantly, they showed us a table and handed us cutlery for everyone. The staff clearly didn't enjoy their jobs, the chairs were uncomfortable, and the prices were exorbitant. The composition of the soap in the restroom is open to wild speculation. The "Grand Café" is just a kind of double espresso. DO NOT GO!

25/09/2026: Run away from here 🤣 Onion soup made with chicken bouillon cubes is a disgrace to France. The Greek salad with corn and a mountain of iceberg lettuce also raises questions 🤣

27/09/2026: Tastefully decorated establishment. Warm welcome. The dishes we ordered were served promptly. The cuisine was refined, homemade with quality ingredients. The portions were generous. A pleasant chat with the chef. Special mention for the crème brûlée dessert with its scoop of blood orange ice cream. A true delight for the taste buds. Many thanks for this enjoyable experience.

25/09/2026: Fifth time... very, very good. The chef is inventive and the service is friendly. It's small, so reservations are recommended.

19/09/2026: A total rip-off! I ordered steak tartare with salad and fries, €18 for the tartare plus an extra €5 for the salad. The tiny tartare must have weighed no more than 150 grams. I asked for sparkling water, they served me an unknown brand, and then charged me for Perrier. Run as far as you can from these crooks!

16/09/2026: The waiters already seemed to prefer chatting with their regulars on the terrace, and I had to call out to one of them even though I was quite visible, standing right by the door they'd just left. When I ordered a Perrier, the waiter returned with sparkling water from another brand, without having mentioned it when I ordered. However, he did make sure to point out that credit cards were accepted for purchases over €10. And on top of that, €5.20 for 0.33 cl of a virtually unknown brand. A lack of professionalism and honesty. Avoid this place, which isn't a problem in this neighborhood. The bakery across the street must be cheaper and more welcoming.

06/10/2026: I've been going there for four years now, and it's still just as good with excellent value for money. The service is always great. I always recommend it to everyone I know and go back regularly (like today, for example) 🤤

30/09/2026: Surprising variety, looked very clean and tidy, very friendly, ordered 3 different takeaway meals including sushi, everything tasted great, excellent value for money, highly recommended
