25/03/2026: A terrace with panoramic views. The food is excellent: the salads, burgers, and Savoyard dishes are impeccable. Fast and friendly service. We ate there three days in a row.

26/05/2026: I wanted to go back to Bacchus because the closed Quilles Saint-Martial bar left me with few alternatives... I returned reluctantly, as I've never been very enthusiastic about the wine list. It hasn't changed, apart from some Thierry Germain and a few rare, rather decent wines. Fortunately, we were advised not to expect to be served quickly, as most of the clientele was waiting for mediocre tapas or other overpriced delicacies. The best? Store-brand peanuts for 2 euros or potato chips of the same origin for 3 euros... seriously? What kind of place is this? So, if you're well-dressed, influential, friends with the owner, and the quality of your food and drink is secondary, this is the place for you. For wine lovers, I'm talking about real enthusiasts and not label drinkers, frankly... wait for the opening of the wine bar at La Place, in a little while, but don't torture yourselves at Bacchus.

23/01/2026: A truly astonishing experience… in the worst possible way!!! I never would have believed that in 2026, a hotel could still refuse a guest after 9:30 pm. This is probably the only establishment in France that considers travelers a nuisance! My reservation, made on Tuesday, January 20th for an arrival on Friday, January 23rd, was perfectly confirmed. I had even specified that I would be arriving late, since I was coming from the south of France. Nothing unusual, until that fateful phone call on the road. The receptionist, charming and impeccably professional, explained, slightly embarrassed, that her boss had ordered her to no longer accept anyone after 9:30 pm. Fortunately, she knows her job: she even described the protocol for late arrivals, with an external key box and an access code, and kindly sent me photos of the system – location, code, everything. Everything was ready for a smooth stay. But clearly, the owner prefers guests who go to bed before him. He refused to implement this protocol, claiming that this solution was "reserved for regulars." In other words: if you have the misfortune of not being a regular customer, move along, your reservation is worthless. A contemptuous, anti-business, and outdated attitude. One really wonders what kind of "hospitality professional" closes their doors at 9:30 p.m. when everything is ready to welcome a tired traveler. When a hotelier treats their guests this way, they don't deserve the name "hotel," much less the trust of travelers. Absolutely avoid!

21/06/2026: Sooo good, we had such an amazing creative meal here. The wines were absolutely incredible, food was so fresh and creative. Would definitely return. They were helpful with pointing out the gluten free options for me also.

19/06/2026: Beautiful restaurant in Paris, possibly the best. Defo the best chicken burger i’ve ever had but the Tuna sashimi, ceviche & the mussels stole the show. Beautiful presentation, amazing atmosphere - fantastic wine & coffee to match. Thank you so much can’t wait to come back

28/06/2026: I came to this restaurant after buying three gift boxes for €53 each at Christmas, which were supposed to include two glasses of prosecco per person. Unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory: The meal: Very basic, absolutely not worth the €53 price tag. Only one cold pizza, a cold croque monsieur, and the other dishes were very simple. The service: We were never brought the second glass of prosecco included in the package. In the end, it was far too expensive for what was provided. I do not recommend it.

05/06/2026: We went there for breakfast. Perfect, nothing to complain about. €12 for the express option: hot drink, fruit juice, 3 pastries, 2 small pieces of bread, honey and butter jam. Table service. Welcoming and smiling staff. Very satisfied with our breakfasts.

23/04/2026: Just what you'd expect from a bistro! A warm atmosphere in a lovely setting, simple yet generous dishes (a rare and precious find these days in Paris), and quality ingredients. One small drawback: the food was served lukewarm. A shame! Perhaps it was just our table.

18/06/2026: I have very mixed feelings about our visit to your establishment. - The food: perfect, very good dishes, creative, interesting flavors. Bravo to the Chef! - The service and atmosphere: very disappointed. The service was not up to standard at all. We were seated on the terrace at tiny bar tables with uncomfortable chairs. We waited a long time for the menus. The dishes arrived, and the cutlery was only brought to us afterward, held in our hands instead of placed on a plate on a shelf. The bottle arrived at the table already opened when it should have been uncorked in front of us. We were there to celebrate our son's 25th birthday, and we would have liked a nice table, even indoors, but with a pleasant setting. As it was, we felt very uncomfortable. We were offered a glass of champagne (or sparkling wine?) because it was my son's birthday, for which we were grateful. For me, going to a restaurant is a complete experience: good food in a pleasant setting with attentive service. Here, only one out of three things was great. A shame.
