02/10/2026: I came in on October 2nd at 8:40 PM and ordered a €5 fish meal without tomato. I ended up receiving a sandwich with tomato but without salad. After asking for a different sandwich, an incredibly professional blonde manager quickly remade the meal with the correct ingredients. Thank you to her and her two colleagues for their kindness! 💞

18/09/2026: Having spent four days in Kaysersberg and tried several restaurants, this one is a favorite. The dishes are generous and delicious. The setting is typically Alsatian, and the riverside terrace is a real treat. Despite a small staff, the service is perfectly organized with no excessive wait times—well done! A great place to eat in Kaysersberg.

14/09/2026: Good location, delicious food, okay price, only the service could be improved. The owner speaks French, German, and English. We've been to Kaysersberg many times, and today we stumbled upon "le Kaysersberg." We'll be back.

21/09/2026: Disappointing restaurant. I ordered the butcher's cut. The meat was inedible, and the same was true for the table next to us. Luckily, the dessert was decent, but I was very disappointed.

19/09/2026: We had dinner last night at this restaurant recommended by friends. What a disappointment! We arrived quite early, at 7:10 pm, and were served after several other tables that arrived well after us. When we asked the waiter (who I think had forgotten our order), he didn't even offer an apology or anything, just a curt "it's coming." I had opted for mussels Breton-style; the mussels, already small, seemed to have been heated and reheated, and the sauce was bland and tasteless. Another meat dish was also ordered, but the meat was small, undercooked, and of average size. All this for 22 euros a dish, served with a handful of fries. Needless to say, neither we nor our friends will be returning.

23/05/2026: I had a very pleasant time at the Saint Siméon farm. The setting is magnificent. A big thank you to Fabrice, the bartender, for his kindness and professionalism! I highly recommend it!

02/09/2026: I met some friends outside for a drink. I wanted to sit down, but there weren't any chairs. Any bartender or server would have come over to offer a chair or let me take one. No one came to me. I asked for a chair inside so I could sit with them. They refused, despite the fact that there was a chair available and space outside. Furthermore, they didn't try to find a solution to help me. I work in the restaurant industry, and despite requests that are more or less pleasant (this one being very simple), you have to know how to adapt to your customers.

28/07/2026: The staff were very friendly, but the prices are absolutely outrageous. A 25cl Red Bull for eight euros and a half euros for a beer! I'll never go back. My 13th arrondissement is in agony. You're contributing to the destruction and gentrification of our neighborhood! It's a disgrace!

25/06/2026: We had come yesterday and the experience had been excellent. Unfortunately, our visit today was quite different. From the moment we arrived, the woman who served us displayed surprising hostility and condescension. Speaking in French and showing genuine interest in the products I was about to try, I asked her a question about one of them. Her curt and dismissive reply was, "Raisins aren't apples." But that was absolutely not what I was asking. I then pointed out that if she had bothered to listen to my question, she would have understood that I was referring to a different product. This was just one example of several unpleasant exchanges that took place within a few minutes. Wanting to understand the reason for this attitude, I asked her if I had said or done anything that might have upset her. Instead of calming the situation or questioning her behavior, she responded with the same passive-aggressive attitude. I consider it deeply disrespectful to treat a customer this way. What makes this experience even more regrettable is that I am a foreigner, making an effort to speak the local language, genuinely interested in the products offered, and approaching interactions with courtesy and curiosity. I rarely leave negative reviews and always strive to be fair in my ratings. However, this experience truly made me uncomfortable and left me with a feeling of contempt that is difficult to accept. Therefore, I cannot recommend this establishment and, for my part, I will not be returning.

17/05/2026: A charming little village restaurant, nicely decorated (beautiful centerpiece). It has a very rustic feel, and the waiter was very friendly. We had some excellent homemade fries; it's so rare these days to find truly homemade fries in a restaurant. The merguez sausages are very good, and the portions are very generous, even with the budget menu. We look forward to returning. We discovered this restaurant by chance, needing a break after a long journey...

23/10/2026: I won't be going back... The quality of the food is unfortunately overshadowed by an unpleasant welcome and shoddy service (fries thrown on clothes, friction between staff members, deplorable table setting...).

16/09/2026: Honestly, what a fantastic experience at Bey Kebab! They cook with a smile, they're incredibly welcoming, and the atmosphere is so warm and inviting. The food was absolutely delicious, and we felt so comfortable there that we didn't even want to leave. I highly recommend it; go for it, you won't be disappointed. You can go with your eyes closed. 02/10/2026: I ordered and received two 280 sandwiches without onions or tomatoes. I exchanged one of them, and they somehow forgot a sauce in the replacement.

30/09/2026: A disgrace... We waited over 20 minutes at our table, and the meals arrived cold and the ice cream melted. No apologies or anything. I went to get some sauces from the counter, and surprise... several trays were waiting, most of them with ice cream that looked more like liquid than ice cream! I told them I understood better why it was arriving cold... The person told me there were only two of them... well, that's not my problem. I pay for service, I don't pay half price because there are only two of them! McDonald's has lost a lot of business... They shouldn't be surprised they're losing customers if they can't even satisfy the people who come in...

07/06/2026: A hidden gem! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Having come to celebrate our 34th wedding anniversary, we were enchanted by Domaine de Roquerousse. Don't let the initial impression of the power station on the approach put you off: once you arrive, the setting is a verdant haven, absolutely idyllic. The meal was excellent from start to finish, and the welcome and service were perfect. A huge thank you for this peaceful and very pleasant experience, as well as for the conversation at the end of the meal, which has made us eager to return and try the plancha and music evenings on your magnificent terrace!
