09/09/2026: We were disappointed when we visited in August. We were seated in a corner... and waited and waited... for three-quarters of an hour without even being offered a menu. The waitresses were clearing empty tables while we waited... The group next to us was waiting too... Naturally, we left. One small point: the waitresses' attire should be improved; it was so vulgar. We're not at the beach, we're in a restaurant! The customer next to us made the same comment. It's a shame; we won't be returning to this establishment.

11/10/2026: The pizza had a chewy crust and was practically burned, so much so that you could taste it with every bite. Pasta all'arrabbiata was basically a pasta with garlic (lots of it), oil, and chili pepper.

15/09/2026: We came in for a simple coffee at the end of our shift, and instead of feeling any kind of weariness, we were treated exceptionally well! The waitress was incredibly attentive. A coffee isn't much, but it's the kind of service I wanted to highlight here.

14/08/2026: The most affordable bar we’ve come across in Paris. We will definitely be returning tomorrow. Staff are lovely and try their best to accommodate everyone. They provided a small bowl of nuts/pretzels along with some spicy potatoes that were so nice! £4 for a pint of Amstel beer 😍

24/09/2026: The first impression is very good. However, once you're seated at a table, the carpet is very, very unsightly and worn. It doesn't match the beautifully set tables at all. The restrooms aren't exactly a pretty sight either. The doors are very old and need replacing. We wanted a Coke Zero or Diet Coke, and there was no non-alcoholic beer available. The food was very good and highly recommended. The three-course lunch menu costs €25. The service was good, although everything took a bit longer because one woman had to handle everything herself: drinks, food, and payment—all done by one person. We can recommend this restaurant. Very good value for money. The owner of the restaurant should really notice that the carpet and restrooms desperately need renovation; I don't understand why. These days, non-alcoholic beer and diet drinks are a must.

19/09/2026: The restaurant is conveniently located in Wissembourg, with a stylish interior and seating overlooking the Lauter River. The food was also very well prepared and extremely tasty. However, that's where the positives end! We couldn't enjoy our evening because the service was extremely unprofessional and, at times, very unfriendly. The two of us each ordered an appetizer, which was placed between us without any additional small plates for sharing. Then the main courses arrived: two veal dishes. We explained that we had ordered lamb, not veal. The server denied this in an outrageous tone and insisted that we take the dishes. When we refused, the two lamb dishes didn't arrive until half an hour later, after the rest of our group had already finished eating. We had never experienced such rude and unprofessional behavior before. She even went so far as to accuse us of ordering the food exactly as she had served it, which was simply not true. The same thing happened at a neighboring table; they too were served the wrong thing, and again she reacted as she did with us, blaming the guests. Unbelievable, unprofessional, rude, and therefore never again Au Pont M!!!

22/10/2026: A roadside restaurant like they used to make! The welcome was fantastic, the buffet excellent, with traditional dishes and local wine included. And the bill! We can't remember paying so little for such a friendly and delicious experience! Plus, the owner can point you in the right direction for scenic drives. I absolutely recommend it for a lunch stop; you'll leave with a touch of nostalgia.
