15/07/2026: Beautiful location, nice large pitches, close to the waterfalls, unfortunately without water when we were there in July, beautiful area, the sanitary facilities are old and the showers were not cleaned in the three days we were there, we had a choice of two showers, one of which had a clogged drain, I removed large clumps of hair myself with the squeegee and cleaned up leftover mess, disgusting, otherwise I would have stayed longer. Also, you have to take into account (July) that there are an unusually large number of flies (perhaps the result of a lot of dog poop lying around) and a wide variety of insects that bother you, day and night.

06/04/2026: Second time this year to end this Easter weekend in style. Always such a warm welcome at Les Carrettes, with the added bonus this year of the superb spa. Once you've been to Les Carrettes, you won't want to ski anywhere else. Thank you to the whole team.

15/06/2026: The profiterole is really outstanding! Must try!! And lamb marrow and bamboo clams are also very delicious! I highly recommend this place. Lady staff is so friendly and efficient despite her being the only person doing all the work! She really did a great job! Despite someone spilling wine, she did all the cleaning up and still manage to maintain a cheerful demeanor!

14/02/2026: Disastrous! A 25-minute wait to be charged for three measly cases, even though I picked them up from the self-service area in a nearly empty store. And the staff clearly lose all interest in being professional or efficient the second you refuse their subscription offer. ☝️ A terrible customer experience. If you have the choice, go to the Opéra or Montparnasse locations!

13/02/2026: Beautiful shop, however, only two people (one at the bar and another to manage customers) is unacceptable… This doesn't reflect the premium service Nespresso is supposed to offer. A 20-minute wait to buy a machine, a queue that keeps growing because the self-service isn't working… I've noticed a real difference from one shop to another.

07/06/2026: Dinner with friends, I ordered 3 pizzas at 7:20 PM, delivery scheduled for 8:27 PM. At 8:40 PM, nothing had arrived, so I called the restaurant. They told me there was a "slight" delay. In the end, my pizzas arrived almost at 10 PM, an hour and a half late. The delivery driver apologized, but I didn't receive any compensation. I think that would have been the least they could do, especially for a €56 order... I'm not sure I'll order from them again in the future if I don't receive some kind of compensation.

04/06/2026: I'm taking back my previous comment about the salmon pizza. It's not their fault; there's a problem. I've always been very happy with their pizzas and hamburgers. The delivery is fast and the staff is very pleasant.

19/06/2026: It's hard to find better! I find it difficult to go to other Italian restaurants because everything is so excellent here. Whenever I have time, I come to eat in or order food. Stay just as you are, you're the best!
