I have absolutely no complaints, nothing to criticize, from the chambermaids to the receptionists and the assistant manager – a fantastic team that I highly recommend. A warm and welcoming team, all within a family-run establishment. I highly recommend this hotel for ROSE, whether for personal or business trips; you won't be disappointed.

07/06/2026: A disaster! Despite requesting it, the room wasn't cleaned, the towels weren't changed, the coffee maker was broken at breakfast, and the restaurant only served flammekueche, which was frozen. On the day of arrival, despite booking two double rooms, only one was available. The bathtub in the bathroom was loose and dirty when I showered. A complete catastrophe, best forgotten as quickly as possible.

18/10/2026: Excellent experience at Brasserie Runser! We thoroughly enjoyed the mussels and fries, which were absolutely delicious. A big thank you to Laëtitia for her warm, friendly, and attentive service, which made our meal even more enjoyable. A great place in Village-Neuf; we will definitely be back.

01/09/2026: Overall for the price you can do much much better elsewhere. The cake was decent but nothing great. It didnt have that many layers of crêpe, and the whipped cream isnt tasty. The tea was not very good either, i agree w the person saying they must use tap water, taste is not good and there was way too much nata bits on the small cup

10/05/2026: We were very disappointed with our last order; it wasn't what we usually order. The kebab meat was dried out, there were very few vegetables on the plates, the takos were very dry, and there was hardly any sauce. On top of that, the price has increased significantly, and the prices online aren't up to date. We're done with them.

17/09/2026: I ordered a large galette as part of the €16 set menu and, frankly, I was quite disappointed. The main problem was the meat: it was really undercooked. It wasn't a matter of taste; it simply needed to stay on the spit longer. I would have much preferred to wait a few more minutes for the meat to be properly cooked and grilled. There were also far too many raw vegetables compared to the amount of meat. As for the sauce, I had some at the beginning and end, but practically none in the middle, so a good portion of the kebab was quite dry. It's a shame, because the welcome and service were really very good. In the end, for €16 for the set menu, I was expecting something better prepared and more balanced.

25/09/2026: As a very good customer of this restaurant, I was nonetheless pleasantly surprised when I ordered a pizza and my credit card was declined. I went to get some cash from my car, but the owner had already given me a very cold welcome upon my arrival and was particularly unpleasant: "I'm busy, dear, I just need 5 euros," she said in a tone I found quite inappropriate. Furthermore, she addressed me informally throughout the entire exchange, which I found unprofessional and rather surprising. It's a shame, because until then I had been a regular and satisfied customer.

07/10/2026: I probably didn't order the right dish: a chicken leg (factory-farmed quality) and overly salty fried potatoes for €20 is clearly excessive. Luckily, there was a bit of coriander to make it more palatable. The service was perfectly adequate, no complaints there.
