27/09/2026: What a nightmare! Hot iced tea, half-frozen waffles for €5.50, and at that price, we still have to spread the Nutella ourselves. Outrageous... The best part was the staff, who refused us access to the restrooms under the pretext that they were "private," even though we were eating in. Perfect logic. Appalling welcome, bizarre service, and ridiculous value for money. The police officers present for the Beer Marathon were delighted to hear about your refusal of access to the restrooms, which is completely illegal 😌

01/10/2026: It's a family restaurant, so I understand there are children and babies, but please teach them not to cry, scream, and run around in a restaurant... It ended up giving me a real headache. The employees are incredibly patient and kind 😭 My best wishes to them. The food was very good! 😋🍟🍣🥟🍤🍡🍨🍜🍬

17/10/2026: The aperitif was two Piña Coladas with no rum flavor and Annatto, just coconut. We asked the waitress to take them back and if we could have something else. Her response was no problem, we ordered two Spritzes. But in the end, we were charged €40 for the Piña Coladas and Spritzes instead of €20. Plus, we got a scolding from the waiter with the headband. And for dessert, they were touting Uncle Papa's ice cream, except they must have a freezer problem because the ice cream tasted like water and had clearly been defrosted and refrozen. Uncle Papa's ice cream is usually divine. A lot of disappointment and a terrible waiter at the till, the one with the headband.

19/10/2026: When traveling in a campervan, it's always nice to find a place open. We just stopped for a drink. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was welcoming. When the weather was nice, it was nice to sit outside and watch the world go by.

20/05/2026: Some hotels are simply a place to sleep. Régent Petite France feels like you’re actually staying inside the postcard of Strasbourg. The location is unbelievable. You walk out the door and you are immediately in the middle of everything that makes Petite France so special — canals, bridges, flowers hanging from windows, people sitting outside with wine, little streets that somehow look even better at night than they do during the day. Honestly, half the time we just stood outside the hotel looking around thinking, “this can’t be real.” Our room was incredible with a view that made it hard to leave in the morning. Watching the boats pass through the canals while the city slowly woke up was one of those travel moments you remember long after the trip is over. The staff could not have been more helpful. Every interaction felt genuine and relaxed, never forced or overly formal. They helped with recommendations, directions, questions — anything we needed. You could tell they truly cared that guests enjoyed Strasbourg. The entire hotel somehow feels luxurious without being stuffy. Comfortable, elegant, quiet, and perfectly placed in the center of it all. Only very minor thing — the shower setup could be a little more accessible depending on mobility or preference — but honestly, it barely registered compared to how much we loved staying here. If you’re visiting Strasbourg and want to fully experience Petite France instead of just walking through it for an hour, stay here. We already miss waking up there.

17/05/2026: A magnificent hotel where I stay every time I'm in Strasbourg. Very well located. The concierge and valet parking staff are exceptional. The reception is very average and incapable of maintaining a customer database. In short, a major drawback. The hotel lobby is freezing cold (20 degrees Celsius) and the bathrooms, even with the thermostat turned all the way up, are like refrigerators. Plus, there are no slippers to warm you up, only flip-flops that hurt your feet. So don't come in winter, or bring your own slippers and a kettle. The spa is very professional, and the massages are excellent. The restaurant is always closed, every single time I've been there.

11/06/2026: We discovered a gem in Vitrac, a haven of tranquility, with unique and very charming accommodations. The owner is a remarkable and attentive person. We had to leave due to health reasons, but we promised ourselves we'd return to finish our trip through this magnificent region of Cantal. In short, I won't tell you everything; you'll have to discover this place for yourselves, which we highly recommend.

09/06/2026: A break in the heart of nature.

20/06/2026: I stayed at this hotel for a business trip on Wednesday, June 17th, without having chosen it myself as it was booked by my company. The room was spacious and very clean, and the furnishings were rather minimalist but sufficient for me. However, the bedding was a bit too firm for my liking, and the bathroom could use a little updating. As for the service, I have no complaints; the staff was friendly and welcoming. That evening, there was a football match on that I really wanted to watch, but unfortunately, after a storm a few days earlier, some TV channels were missing, including the one broadcasting the match. One of the employees offered to set up a Chromecast cable that belonged to her personally (which she obviously wasn't obligated to do). That's what I call excellent customer service, and I'm very grateful to her! The restaurant is pleasant, the home-style cooking is good quality, and the prices are quite reasonable for the time of year. Thank you to the entire team for the warm welcome.

19/05/2026: We spent four days at this establishment. The surroundings were wonderful, the welcome was warm and friendly, the staff were very attentive, the cleanliness was excellent, and the meals were very good and prepared on-site – everything was more than perfect. We have absolutely no complaints and will definitely return. Plus, they accept dogs – everything you need for a great stay. Thank you!

25/08/2026: Absolutely fantastic! We sometimes make a round trip (about an hour's drive) just to eat there. The whole family loves going. The server is super friendly. A little sprucing up of the place would be perfect 😁 See you soon 😉

14/07/2026: It's simply shameful to serve sandwiches like that. The bread must have been defrosted for days, it has absolutely no taste, I wouldn't even give it to an animal. My entire order of four sandwiches ended up in the trash. Honestly, you really need to find another job.

11/08/2026: I lived in Rochefort for three years, and Kivahan was a real comfort! It was the perfect place to relax, whether alone or with friends. The service was always excellent, and absolutely everything there was delicious! I'll cherish the memories.

03/10/2026: A wasted trip, the pizzeria wasn't open. It would be wise to update your opening hours and days; this would prevent people from making a wasted trip, especially on a Saturday.

19/08/2026: While on vacation, we ordered pizzas and regretted being so far away because they were delicious. Furthermore, the two people running the truck were very welcoming, always smiling and cheerful.
