14/10/2026: A wonderful discovery! 😍 The sushi is delicious, fresh, and expertly prepared. We enjoy it every time! This restaurant truly deserves to be better known. It's so nice to find a place like this close to home. Don't hesitate to give them a try and come taste their food; you won't be disappointed!

11/09/2026: NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!! They told us we could remove the pork from one of the rice dishes, and when it arrived and we started eating, it still had pork in it... After that, we argued on the phone for 15 minutes while the rest of the food got cold, just because they said it was our fault... appalling customer service. To top it all off, they asked us to bring back the rice with pork, a very risky move since we had already tasted it... I hope they didn't serve it to anyone else...

03/05/2026: Regarding the Premium apartment: Leaky sink, dirty dishes. Ski locker doesn't lock. The assigned parking space is not being respected by other guests. The restaurant was closed. No breakfast was offered except for pastries. Very good location and beautiful view of the slopes. Very pleasant staff. Very nice spa.

27/03/2026: Nice hotel, good sized rooms, nice small bar, great access to the slopes. The issue which may be unique to the room we had was that it stank of cigarettes smoke each night. We spoke to the front desk but nothing was done about it. It really made the hotel stay of our holiday a let down. We will not stay again.

11/10/2026: A lively and friendly place. The sauerkraut is very good and plentiful, with excellent value for money – a definite plus. The desserts are generous and well-executed. While not particularly refined, the desire to please the customer is evident. The service is very friendly and attentive. Overall, a lively restaurant with traditional and hearty cuisine. Located a little outside the main tourist area of ​​Colmar.

12/08/2026: M1474 – Moissac A very pleasant surprise by the water! The chef's cuisine is refined and decidedly original, with dishes you won't find anywhere else: the smoked eggplant as a main course was delicious (it's rare to see this vegetable given such prominence), the cuttlefish was perfectly cooked, and the fish was exquisitely delicate. A light, fresh, and unusual menu, complemented by impeccable service worthy of a fine dining establishment—a welcome respite in this sweltering heat. A true gem, with just one suggestion: a daily cocktail menu, designed to complement the food, would perfectly set the tone for this wonderful restaurant. Bravo to the chef!

According to the law: In France, a restaurant has the right to charge for a doggy bag (the container for taking home leftovers), but only if it provides prior notice, transparent pricing, and complies with legal requirements.

01/10/2026: I came to pick up a basket on October 1st, 2025 at 4:24 PM. There was a good selection, and the sandwiches were exceptionally good compared to what their competitors usually offer. There were no crazy "boyfriends," but two "girlfriends." I didn't know if they were crazy or not, but the welcome was very pleasant, as was the food.
